(At the underground base)

Leon: Batman has gathered various allies at the universes where we came from.

Martian Manhunter: The Maverick Hunters, Strider Hiryu, R.P.D., S.T.A.R.S., Street Fighters, the Bonne Family and Captain Commando from Capcom Universe.

Zatanna: Besides Various heroes from Cartoon Network, Charmcaster, Jasper and Mojo Jojo.

Spoiler: Not to mention the Disney Heroes.

Batman: But Superman has his allies too. Most of the villains from these three universes, besides Albert Wesker, Strider Hien, Shadaloo and the Repliforce.

Zero: (shocked) Repliforce?

Sora: The True Organization XIII sided with Superman too, I see...

Batman: Superman promised to help the Repliforce to achieve their independence.

Zero: Damn it... Why would Colonel do this to me?

(Meanwhile at Capcom Universe, in the Repliforce Marine Base, Colonel is seen discussing plans with Aquaman)

Colonel: Superman was generous giving us resources to keep fighting for our independence.

Aquaman: Just remember, Colonel. Each universe must maintain the Earth's oceans and recognize the Atlanteans' autonomy.

Colonel: Anyway... My soldiers will carry out the operations to destroy the insurgency. And this includes that bastard who dared to kill my sister!!

(Cut to Mega Man X riding his ride chaser, then Alia communicates with him)

Alia: X! Can you hear me?

X: Roger!

Alia: I found something very interesting. According to what Batman told us, the Repliforce joined the Regime because its leader promised to...

Alia: I'm picking up two Regime members.

(In Giga City, Strider Hiryu and Ibuki are seen saving the citizens from the mavericks)

Ibuki: These pieces of junk need to learn their places.

Hiryu: They are not ordinary robots. They are soldiers of the Repliforce.

Ibuki: How can we stop them?

????: You can't.

(The two regime members come in)

????: Surrender, and this will stop!

X: Heroes never surrender!

(X shoots a powerful charge shot, hitting the cloaked Regime member)

X: If you think you can subjugate anyone who stands in your way, you are gravelly mistaken!

(X fights the red costumed regime member. During the fight, X finds out that his opponent is very fast and uses the experience he had when he fought Overdrive Ostrich and uses a freezing weapon before knocking him out)

X: Even the fastest maverick can be stopped.

????: Flash! (to X) Why you...

(The cloaked regime member tries to attack X. But he is surprised with another charge shot)

X: Do a favor to yourself and leave this place, maverick!

????: I don't take orders from a robot!

Ibuki: You act like a child!

????: Don't call me a child!!

Ibuki: Or what?

(The cloaked regime member tries to attack Ibuki, but she uses her smoke bomb and disappears before giving a sneak attack on him)

Ibuki: Ready to give up?

????: No... SHAZAM!!!

(Suddenly the lightning hits Ibuki, electrocuting her as the cloaked regime member gets up)

Shazam: All right. Who's next?

Hiryu: You're going to pay for this!

(Enraged about what happened to Ibuki, Strider Hiryu goes all out against Shazam even though he was a child. Hiryu's attacks are precise enough to bring Shazam down to his knees)

Hiryu: Your debt is paid.

(Suddenly the Repliforce and Aquaman come in)

X: Colonel...

Colonel: It looks like the maverick hunter X is still standing, huh?

X: What did Superman promise you?

Colonel: He gave enough resources for the Repliforce to achieve independence.

X: Do you realize the decision you have taken?

Colonel: Blame your friend for this, X! HE made me like this when he killed my sister!

X: You can't blame Zero for your mistakes, Colonel!

Colonel: It's too late now, X. (to his soldiers) Take them!!

(X and Hiryu work together to destroy the Repliforce soldiers, then they face Colonel and Aquaman)

X: Tell me, Colonel. Is this really necessary?

Colonel: He took the one I cared about from me... Now it's time for retribution!

(Knowing that he had no other choice, X decides to fight against the Colonel while Strider Hiryu fights Aquaman. X uses his best weaponry against the Colonel, who uses his best techniques. Hiryu uses his best moves against the king of Atlantis, who uses his trident to try to stab Hiryu. But then X uses his hadouken to bring Colonel down while Hiryu uses his secret technique "Ragnarok" and knocks Aquaman out)

X: No more resistance, Colonel! You're under arrest!!

(Suddenly more Repliforce soldiers come in as Colonel gets up)

Colonel: KILL THEM!

(Before the Repliforce soldiers could make their move some laser shots are seen destroying all of them, then Axl comes in)

Axl: I heard about the Repliforce attacking the city, and I came here.

X: Nice job, Axl.

(Colonel gets pissed, when time suddenly stopped and only X, Hiryu, Axl and Ibuki weren't affected)

Axl: What now? Another maverick doing?

(Suddenly Ares comes in)

Ares: They tend to fight first, despite I may have stoked their fires a bit.

Hiryu: And who might you be?

Ares: I am Ares, the god of war. I feed on conflicts, I came to this universe to feed on the recent aggression here.

X: Which universe did you come from?

Ares: The universe I came from is ruled by Superman. Almost all conflicts have been eliminated. I have been virtually powerless.

Hiryu: Could you send us to the insurgents?

(Back to the main universe, at underground base, Leon is about to take a pill when the heroes got surprised with the arrival of X, Ibuki, Hiryu and Axl)

Leon: How did you find us?

X: It's a long story.

Zero: I know.

(Batman comes in with Lex Luthor)

Kevin: Lex Luthor?

Lex Luthor: Unlike this world's Lex Luthor, I never indulged in lawbreaking.

Ruby: I see... What's Superman planning now?

(At the conquered Atlas Base, Superman is seen building a robotic girl, then she wakes up)

Superman: It works. Good.

????: Where am I?

Superman: Huh?

????: Who are you?

Superman: Relax. You're safe. Call me Superman.

????: Iris...

Superman: Huh?

Iris: My name...is Iris.

Superman: Iris... Anything else you remember?

Iris: I remember... that I almost killed... the one I loved... to avenge my brother.

Superman: Who could be these ones?

Iris: The one I loved... was named... Zero... And my brother... is the Colonel...

(Superman hears the name Zero and gets an idea)

Superman: Iris. I want to ask you a favor.
