Applepaw is a small russet she-cat with summer green eyes, white front paws and black back legs, along with short claws. On top of that, she is heterosexual.

She is a bright young cat with skill in healing, although she still insisted in being a normal warrior apprentice. She is energetic and outgoing, with a massive fear of eagles. She originally had four littermates, but they all died. Her older brother, an unnamed kit, died during birth. Her big sister,
Thornkit, had been carried away by an eagle. Her oldest brother, Lifepaw had died when rouges attacked camp. Finally, her oldest sibling, Stormpaw, had perished when a fire had ravaged camp. Even so, Applepaw is an optimistic cat, who always searches for the best in everyone.
