Nesta was almost at the Slytherin house. After her little intrusion on her Professors, Nesta practically begged her body to move after that encounter. She never wanted to think about it again. No, wait. This was perfect. Perfect evidence that Tamlin is the one endangering the students at Hogwarts. If only she could make the other Professors believe that.

Oh well.

As Nesta was just about to round the corner to her common room, she felt a soft and fluffy creature rubbing itself against her leg. She jumped, fearing the creature to be a monster in disguise. But she then heard a faint 'meow.' "Lucky!" Nesta smiled and bent down to pet the black cat that accompanied her tonight.

Lucky purred loving the feeling of her owner appreciating her company. The cat swiftly crawled her way out of Nesta's touch and made her way out of the Slytherin Hall. Nesta, confused by her cat, followed her but didn't say a word.

It wasn't until they made their way to the Gryffindor House that Nesta began to speak. "Lucky!" What are we doing here? Ruhn and Lidia might catch us here." she whispered following her cat. Rhysand may not be here right now, but the two older Gryffindors might tattle on her. And that's the last thing she wanted.

Lucky went around a corner to the left. "Lucky, where are you-" Nesta stopped short when she went around the corner as well.

There in front of her was a tall eight-foot mirror. The mirror had a gold trim running around it. The glass itself was so dirty that Nesta was surprised that she could see herself. She looked at Lucky, her confusion growing into suspicion. "Lucky. Where did you take us?" she asked even though Lucky was unable to talk.

Lucky pressed her nose against the glass. The mirror glowed in the night, causing Nesta to look through as well. She was able to see both herself and her cat. But she was also able to see two other people.

The first one was a man. He was young. In his early 30s to be precise. He had messy blonde hair pale skin and a broad smile. He was wearing a black T-shirt with dark blue jeans. He wore a silver ring on his left hand.

The other was a woman. She had blonde hair like the man beside her. She wore a black dress with a green trim at the bottom. She had a green emerald eyes which were different from the man's because his eyes were golden. She was also wearing a silver ring on her left hand.

Wait, his eyes were golden. Golden like hers. And both of them had blonde hair as well. Their smiles were the brightest she'd ever seen but-

No. No it couldn't be. Could it?

A faint meow snapped her out of her thoughts. Nesta noticed that Lucky was lying in front of her legs curling up in a ball. Impossible. Lucky would never curl up like that. Not even while she was sleeping in the Slytherin house.

Normally, she was up and alert. Always guarding her in the middle of the night. Nesta feared that she might have some type of insomnia. But after returning back from classes, she found her asleep on top of the bed. She was probably a little distant from everyone since this is her first time in a room with a bunch of people.

Lucky didn't know these people, and yet, she was calm and cool. In fact, she was half asleep. "Who are you?" she asked to the people in the mirror.

She didn't get a verbal response. However, the woman pulled out a small picture from her pocket. It was a picture of an infant. She wore bright pink clothes and had brown eyes. Her hair was blonde, wrapped in a braided crown. The baby was smiling while the picture was taken.

That's what hit her. What proved her previous analysis. Nesta wasn't looking at two strangers. She was looking at her parents.
