Scosenver poems should be capable of being read without pause and therefore do not require punctuation. They have a total of seventeen syllables.

Three lines in total of which at least two must rhyme.  In addition there must be at least two but preferably more alliterated sounds on two of the lines.

Line one should state a fact or observation. Line two and three should qualify, imply or introduce a metaphor in regard to line one.

Each line must be complete without the need to flow to the next line for meaning.
