"I will tell you the same thing I told you 5 times already, he is my BEST FRIEND, NOTHING MORE! I don't know how many times I have to explain myself Danny, WE'RE JUST FRIENDS!!!" I slightly shouted at my boyfriend of over a year. Danny came home from practice all pissed off because he saw a picture of me and one of my closest guy friends on the internet that we took at a party a few nights ago. I don't know how it got on the internet, but of course Danny found it and of course he's pissed. He's very protective and gets jealous very easily. Even when another guy just LOOKS at me he gets mad. 

I will admit, if I was in his shoes I'd probably be pissed too, the picture does look a bit "coupley", but I love Danny and only Danny, and I would never ever cheat on him, especially not with Y/BF/N.

"Hell if I believe that! I don't want to talk to you right now." He said, and stormed out of the house. He got in his car and drove off somewhere. I started to tear up, why was he being like this? I mean, I know he gets jealous but he's never been THIS mad, and he never just storms off. We always argue about it for a few minutes then just blow it off. 

*Skip 2 hours*

I was laying in bed watching Netflix in my pajamas with my hair thrown up in a messy bun. I had been trying to call and text Danny for hours but he would not pick up his phone. He really didn't wanna talk to me. Eventually I heard a car door close outside and the front door open. I quickly wiped my tears away that had been pouring out since he left, as he walked up the stairs. 

"Decided to listen to me now and talk to me?" I said as he walked in the room. "No need to explain, I saw what I saw." He said and sat down on the bed. I sighed, "Just let me talk." He nodded and I proceeded on. "That picture was taken at that party I went to the other night while you were on a road trip with the team. The guy is Y/BF/N, we've been close friends since high school, and I haven't seen him in awhile. I know the picture kinda looks bad, and I have no idea who posted it on the internet, but I have absolutely no feelings for him. None whatsoever. I love you and only you. I love you so much, and I would never cheat on you, I hope you know that." I said. 

He sighed, "I believe you. I'm sorry I flipped out earlier, I just get so mad when I see you with other guys, I just don't want you to stop loving me." He said. "Impossible." I said and grabbed his hand. He smiled at me. "I'm sorry I get so jealous, but I have a pretty good way to make it up to you." He said and smirked. "Oh yeah, and what would that be?" I asked. 

He smiled while getting off the bed, turning around and taking something out of his pocket. "Something I should've done a long time ago." He said, while turning around and getting down on one knee. Oh. My. God. I was in complete shock, I put my hands over my mouth and my eyes started tearing up. "Brooke, will you marry me?" By this point I was bawling, I couldn't even speak so I shook my head yes and threw myself at him, wrapping my arms around his neck. 

"I love you so much."

"I love you more."
