"I'll see you at the game princess" Ryan says as he gives your daughter, Elizabeth a kiss on the cheek and sets her down

You were getting ready to head to game seven of the Stanley Cup finals. Ryan was just leaving to head to the arena. The team worked really hard this season coming back from being at the bottom of the standings to the top. They really deserved this. You were excited and scared to attend this game but uyou needed to be there to support Ryan.

"Good luck babe. We'll be cheering you on" You tell Ryan before giving him a kiss "Lizzie wish daddy good luck" You say

Lizzie walks up to Ryan and hugs his leg "Good wuck daddy" She says

Ryan laughs "Thanks baby girl" He says and ruffles her hair

Ryan heads out leaving for the arena. You finish up get you and Lizzie ready for the game.

"Daddy. Daddy." Lizzie yells as she runs down the hall in CPA as she sees posters of Ryan on the wall.

You smile at your daughter, who was wearing a little Seattle Kraken jersey with number nine and 'daddy' stitched on the back of it.

"Yeah Lizzie it's Daddy" You say as you take a picture of her and the poster

You continue down the hall until you get to the family suite. Elizabeth sits in her seat next to you as she waits patiently for the game to start. You chat with the girls before the game starts. Talking about how nervous and excited you were to watch the game.

Not long after, the game starts. You watch with Lizzie and the other girls. Lizzie does her usual and points out Ryan every time he takes a shift. She knew this was an important game but she didn't really understand why. This was pretty much just another game for her.

"There's daddy" She said for the twelfth time during the game.

"Yeah Lizzie that's-" you pause holding your breath, thinking they were going to score but the goalie stopped it

"That's daddy" You finish saying to your daughter

"Daddy get a goal?" Lizzie asks you

"Not yet baby but he was very close" You tell her

Elizabeth just nods as she looks back down to the ice. She was starting to get antsy. She started getting up from her chair and wonder over somewhere in the suite.

"Elizabeth you have to come sit down" You says as you walk over to her

She shakes her head and tries to grab something on the high table. You stop her and crouch down to her height.

"If you sit in your chair for three more minutes. Mommy will get you a big bag of popcorn, okay" You try bribing Lizzie. Knowing you shouldn't but you didn't want to miss the game

Lizzie smiles big and nods. She goes back to her seat and sits down for the rest of the period.

The game was tied at two and going into overtime. Lizzie was still happily chowing down on her popcorn you promised her.

You nervously sat with the girls, barely anyone talking. The boys had possession of the puck and skated towards the net. The boys passed back and forth for a while trying to find a scoring opportunity. Nothing came out of it except a few shots on net.

Overtime was ticking down. With thirty second left Ryan was given a breakaway chance. He went at the net with full speed, without hesitation. He went right at the goalie faking a shot, deking him out and shooting the puck into the back of the net.

All of CPA roared with cheers. The boys throwing their gear in every direction. Piling up on each other on their end of the ice.

"Daddy score now?" Lizzie yelled over everyone

You looked down at your daughter with a huge smile "Yes baby girl daddy scored" You told her and you picked her up

"Yay!" Lizzie yelled as she threw her hands up

Moments later the cup was brought out and you watched as the boys skated around. Showing off the thirty four and a half pound silver cup. After things settled down you and the rest of the families headed down to join the guys on the ice.

Lizzie's eyes lit up as you walked with her onto the ice.

"Daddy!" Lizzie yelled as Ryan came into her view

She let go of your hand and ran over to Ryan. He picked her up and spun her around as he held her tight. Keeping Lizzie in one arm he hugging you with his other. Kissing you in the process.

"I'm so proud of you baby" You tell Ryan as you broke the kiss

Brandon came around with the cup giving you guys a chance to take pictures with it. Ryan puts Lizzie down next to the cup and she hugs it with a huge smile.

"Daddy won Stanley" Lizzie says as she points to the cup as she jumps up and down

"Yeah baby he did" You say getting down to Lizzie's height

Some of the girls and guys helped take pictures of you, Ryan's and Lizzie. After you celebrated on the ice the guys went back to the locker room to finish off the night.

As they went off you took Lizzie home. After you put her to bed you got yourself ready for bed too. Just as you were finishing Ryan came home.

He stood in the bathroom door with a smile just as you were drying your face.

"There's my champion" You said looking at him through the mirror

Ryan let's out a little laugh as he walks over to you. He wraps his arms around your waist from behind.

"I was thinking, if you're down for it. That maybe we could make Lizzie a little sibling" He says as he gives you a little squeeze

You laugh and turn around in his arms, facing him.

"I'm okay with that and I think Lizzie would love that" You say before kissing Ryan
