You were so happy Taylor finally had a couple of days off. You two could finally spend some time together. It was a nice winter day in Edmonton the sun was shining through the bedroom window and it wasn't too cold.

You and Taylor just wanted to stay in bed and cuddle all day, but your 4 year old son, Jackson, had better plans. He came running into your room and started jumping on the bed.

"DADDY, DADDY, DAAADDDYYY!!" he screamed as he jumped towards Taylor

"Hey, buddy" Taylor said as he grabbed Jackson

"Daddy can you teach me how to skate today?"

Taylor smiled at his son then looked at you. You smiled and nodded your head, he looked back at Jackson.

"Sure bud"

"REALLY!!!...YAY, YAY, YAY" Jackson screamed

He then jumped off the bed and ran out of the room screaming.

"IM GOING TO LEARN HOCKEY, IM GOING TO LEARN HOCKEY"

You laughed and started to get up.

"Wait babe where are you going? Don't you want to cuddle?" Taylor asked in a whiny voice

"I'd love to cuddle but there's a 4 year old that doesn't like to wait" you said

After you guys ate breakfast and got ready. Taylor threw three pares of skates and three hockey sticks into the back of the truck. As you helped Jackson into his seat. You and Taylor then got into the truck and drove off to the outdoor rink.

When you guys got there, Taylor parked the truck. You two got out, you then opened the door for Jackson and he jumped out and ran to Taylor. You laughed as you closed the door and walked towards your boys.

You all walked into the community centre and sat on one of the side benches. Jackson quickly sat down and kicked his shoes off.

"I want to put my skates on, by myself" Jackson said reaching for one of his skates

"No Jackson, I'll do it. I don't want you hurting yourself" Taylor said grabbing the skate out of Jackson's reach

You smiled at how Taylor helped Jackson put his skates on, it was just so cute. As Taylor finished up you both then laced up your skates. You all grabbed your sticks and walk out to the rink.

The rink was empty which made you happy since you could just skate where ever you wanted. You skated to one end of the rink, as you turned around you saw Taylor teaching Jackson how to get up when he falls. You skate back to the bench to grab your phone to take pictures.

You guys didn't have a chair or anything for Jackson to hang on to, to help him balance while he skated. So Taylor had to skate backwards as Jackson held on to his hands. They did that for a while until Taylor told Jackson to stand where he was. Taylor then skated to about center ice and told Jackson to skate. You could see Jackson's face through the cage on his helmet, he looked scared, so you cheered him on.

"COME ON JACKSON YOU CAN DO THIS" you cheered

He looked up and smiled at you and then started to skate/shuffle on the ice towards Taylor.

"MOMMY, DADDY LOOK, LOOK" he screamed with happiness

"We see you, baby boy. Keep going" you said

"Come on buddy you got this" Taylor said as he held out his arms for him

Jackson suddenly fell you went to go help him when he started to get up on his own.

"I'm okay mommy, don't worry" he said continuing with his skate to Taylor

You smiled when he got up and told you that he was fine.

Jackson then started to pick up a little speed and landed right in Taylor's arms. Taylor then picked him up and spun him around. You skated towards your boys to join in on the hug.

"I'm so proud of you Jackson" you said as you hugged him, while he sat in Taylor's arms

"My baby boy is all grown up" you said

Taylor then put Jackson down and he started skating away slowly. You then wrapped your arms around Taylor as you looked up at him. You then both watched as Jackson fell and got back up, not giving up on skating. You both laughed at how cute he was.

"Thank you, Y/N" Taylor said turning you towards him

"Thank you? For what?" you questioned

"Thank you, for carrying our child for 9 months of your life" he said

You started laughing and said

"You're welcome"

You then looked into each other's eyes and smiled. You then slowly started leaning in and kissed for a little. You stopped because you both heard Jackson yelling from across the rink.

"EWW, mommy, daddy no kissing that's gross" He yelled form the other side of the rink

You both laughed and skated towards Jackson
