Nico held Leo's head to his chest, "Sh... It's okay, baby, I promise. I've got you, I'm here."

Leo was in shambles. He was crying and dehydrated. He had just had a panic attack. There were inside Nico's cabin, which Nico allowed the campers to treat as a panic room because it was so vacant and dull-lighted. Leo, however, was Nico's boyfriend of four months now, crying into Nico's shirt.

After a moment, Leo pulled back, holding in his cries. He kept his eyes down, feeling guilty for breaking down. Well-made machines don't break down, he thought, but what he forgot is every machine needs to be well-oiled, no matter how well-made it was. Every machine needed upkeep and care. Leo held onto Nico's arms shakily, as if Nico would disappear any minute.

Nico held Leo's forearms gently, "I'm not going anywhere. Breathe, baby."

Leo tried to slow his heart rate, but it wasn't working. He crawled back into Nico's chest, resting against his heartbeat instead, listening to try to match it. After a while, it worked.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Nico asked, trying to prevent the sound of worry from creeping into his voice.

Leo exhaled a long, deep breath. "I just feel so tired."

"You're overworking yourself," Nico agreed. "When was the last time you got a full night's rest?"

"Days ago..." Leo mumbled.

"Sleep with me tonight, okay? Don't worry about your gadgets, they'll be fine."

Leo couldn't deny this time. He wouldn't admit it audibly, but Nico was right, and he was thankful he had Nico to keep him in check. At that moment, Nico promised that he would always be there for Leo, no matter what was going on or what life choices Leo was making.
