Note: In this oneshot. Nico and Maki are adults now, Nico's occupation is Idol while Maki's occupation is a doctor.
Warning: This oneshot is drama so maybe some of you might get chest ache.

Nico's POV

It was morning alarm clock ringing, I stop the clock ringing and woke up. "Agh! Morning! I hate it" I complain about waking up early since I didn't have much rest because of my work as an idol.

I walk towards the bathroom, stripping my pajamas then I lay on the bath tub with bubbly soap. After that, I wrap my towel around my body then I went to my closet changing my clothes.

When I was done changing my clothes. I look at my watch and saw that I'm gonna late, I rushly go to my workplace while a toasted bread on my mouth. I was driving and not to mention, when I was driving a two medium pillows on my driver seat so that I can reach while I'm driving. The accelarate step is not far away to my right foot and I can reach it.

The signal was red beside the road but I didn't see it, I keep on driving until a big truck bump beside my car. The glass infront of me broke and injured me. My vision got blury and fade in pitch black but I heard an ambulance.

==Time Skip==

I was in a hospital room but I'm not sure what hospital name is. I wait for the doctor to come to me.

Maki's POV

I was standing behind the door of my girlfriend when it was in high school, I didn't know she was here. I look at my engage ring telling that I'm gonna marry a guy, my tears start falling. I grip my fist and flashbacking what me and Nico promised.

==Flash Back==

-In the clubroom-

Me and Nico were alone in the clubroom since the other members went home. It was time that my girlfriend Nico will graduate. I don't want me and Nico separated, it was silent until Nico broke it "Hey Maki-chan...I just wanted to give you". Nico gave me a little box, inside it was a broken crystals or glass like and on top of it was a paper wrote 'Reserved'.

"Maki, promise me that you will wait for me when you will be on adult? also, promise me that you will not be in relationship with someone except me" said Nico, she hug me and pats my head. I was crying much more, tears falling even more.

==End of Flash Back==

I quickly pull my ring and a little cut of my finger, blood drip and I was crying. I quickly clean the blood away and my tears.Then I went in the room, Nico saw me in a surprise look knowing that she remembered me.

Nico's POV

I look at the doctor "M-Maki-chan?". Maki look down as her chest ache. "U-Umm..How are you?" I said looking a bit nervous. "T-Thats my line Nico-cha-" I try to stand up and walk to Maki, attached my lips to hers to break her sentence. Later moment, I broke the kiss because of need air then I notice Maki wore a engagement ring. "So you're getting married by a guy?" I ask as my heart ache. "Y-Yes I am" said Maki, "W-Well...Congratu-" "Nico-chan! There's nothing to Congratulating me! I broke the promise we had when it was almost your graduation! The promise that I won't have a relationship with other people except you!" Maki shouts.

Maki's POV

I was shouting infront of Nico, luckily the walls and the door has a sound proof that can't be heard by loud noises. "M-Maki..." Nico mention my name as I notice her tears fell down. "I'm sorry Nico-chan..." I said as my tears are falling. "I-Its okay, your forgiven.." said Nico as she hugs me. "Well if its okay then can I do this?" I said feeling happy as I kiss her lips, my tongue ask for an entrance to her inside mouth as it explores inside. We broke the kiss because of need air. "Nico-chan, you will be okay in 2 days that means you can go out" I said, "Okay" said Nico with her smile. "Umm Maki-chan you didn't forgot this?" "Forgot what?" I ask as she does her Nico Nico pose. "Nico Nico Nii~" she said. "Pfft..Of course I won't" I said as the both of us were laughing.

==4 days after==

Still Maki's POV

I look at the paper with her address on it. I want to say something to her, and it would be a good news. Later a several minutes, I arrived infront of her door as I look at her outside view of her house. 'She got a nice big house now huh?'. I smile as I ring the bell.

Nico's POV

The door bell is ring "OK Ok! Wait!" I rush to the window to look who was it 'Huh? Its Maki-chan?! How did she knew my address' I thought as I open the door. "Morning" said Maki, greeting me (Sorry if I didn't said it was morning) "M-Maki-chan, how did you know my home address?" I ask her, "Eri and Nozomi told me, the two of them and me met in their own restaurant. I look back 'Those two....' I thought, "Nico-chan?" Maki asked because I was spacing out "U-Umm I'm okay, lets get inside!" I said as I let her in my house "Thanks" Maki said.

Maki's POV

We stop at the living room as I look at her "Nico-chan I have something to say..." I said, "What is it Maki-chan" she said in a confuse look. "W-Well...I won't get married, I broke up with the guy whose gonna marry" I said, "W-What?! Why?!" Nico ask me, "Its because me and my parents were talking that I cannot marry him because there's someone I love more than him" I said, "Who?" said Nico. I kissed her lips and broke it after "You", "M-Maki-chan.." Nico said as her tears falling. "D-Don't cry" I said as I hug her, "This is not crying, this is a tears of joy" she said. "Well then..Nico-chan will you be my girlfriend" I said as I took a ring box, open it to show her the couple rings. She covers her mouth and said "Y-Yes! I would like to be your girlfriend Maki-chan!". I help her wear the ring and she help me wears the ring to me then we kissed each other after that.
