It was a normal day for people around and a bit special day for Maki. For all the days she and Nico have been all the arguments they overcome and some friendly moments behind. Maki felt in love with Nico and she was ready to confess to Nico on lunchtime. Maki was just sitting down on her seat, looking at the sakura (cherry blossom) petals falling. Rin and Hanayo arrived next and went to their seat. Rin started having conversation to Maki then Hanayo joined them. They were waiting for homeroom class.

=TimeSkip Lunch Time=

Maki was on the rooftop, began to eat her bento. She heard the door opened and she always knew that it was Nico. "Hey Maki-chan, can I eat with you?" asked Nico to Maki. Maki only nod while eating her bento. Nico sat beside her and began to eat her bento. As they finished eating their bento, Nico began to stood up and said "I'll be going now" as she began to walk out. Maki knew what she's going to do now as she stood up. "Nico-chan! Wait!" said Maki, Nico stop and looked at Maki. "What is it?" questioned Nico. "N-Nico-chan...I wanted to tell you something..." said Maki, she felt her heart beating fast as she got a bit sweat. "I-I love you Nico-chan...N-Not a friend b-but in a lover way..." said Maki. Nico just looked at Maki feeling dumbfounded. A few seconds, Nico started to laugh. Maki looked at Nico and questioned herself why Nico was laughing.

"Hahaha! Maki-chan! You're joking right?!" said Nico as she laughed. Maki felt her heart stabbed from what Nico said. "E-Ehh..Hehe..Y-Yeah it was a joke...hehe..I'm going out first..Excuse myself.." said Maki as she walked out rushly. While Maki was running out, her tears fell down. Eli was in the hallway as she noticed Maki ran to her direction. "Maki-chan? Y-You know its an offense that you are running" said Eli. Maki didn't hear Eli's voice as she continued running.

Eli got confused as she continued walking to her destination. Maki stop under the sakura tree as she cried. 'This is the worst day!' thought Maki as she continued crying. A few minutes, the bell rang telling lunch over. Maki wiped her tears and said "Better go to infirmary before I feel myself heat". As Maki walked to the hallway to infirmary, she felt dizzy. Her vision got blurry and lastly, she got unconscious.

Nico was walking by since its break time. As she walked by, she saw Maki laid on the floor sweating a lot. Nico panicked and picked up Maki in a bridal way (Wow Nico-chan, i didn't know your that strong hahaha XD). Nico brought Maki to the infirmary and put her on the bed. She sat beside Maki, taking care of her. "Idiot..you should say to me you that you're sick" said Nico then she fell asleep beside Maki.

Maki's mind was flashbacking when that time she confessed to Nico but Nico just laughed to it. Maki's tears fell down and Nico noticed it. "M-Maki... w-why are you crying?!" said Nico. "N-No... this is.. nothing.." said Maki but sobbed. "Maki-chan... you're making worried..." said Nico feeling a bit worried. "W-Worried? You didn't know what you did...?" said Maki as she looked away and her depress got a bit heavy. "N-No I didn't know..." said Nico. Maki shocked and got angry. "You don't know?! I confessed to you Nico-chan but you just laughed at me and you thought it was a joke!?" shouted Maki.

Nico's eyes widen feeling guilty from she did to Maki's feelings. Her tears fell down as she said "M-Maki-chan... I didn't know it was true..." said Nico. Maki cried as Nico hugged her. "Sorry for downing your feelings Maki-chan... I-I love you too..." said Nico. Maki slightly stopt crying as she looked to Nico's eyes. Nico looked back as their faces slowly getting close to each other for a kiss. After that, they really kissed and stopt for a few seconds. "Hey... Nico-chan it's valentines day tomorrow right?" questioned Maki. Nico only nodded, "Then how about we go on a date tomorrow?" asked Maki. Nico blushed as she looked down. "Okay.. Maki-chan.." said Nico. "Meet me at the arcade tomorrow.." said Maki.

=Next Day Valentine's Day=

Nico waited at the arcade wearing a pure white dress and a pure white sandals. "Ugh... Where is Maki? She's late..." said Nico to herself. Nico heard her name shouted "Nico-chan!", she turned her head and it was Maki. "What's taken you so long?" said Nico. "Sorry..." said Maki, panting from running to Nico. "Anyways... lets go now" said Nico. "Nico-chan... wait" said Maki as she grabbed Nico's wrist. "What is it?" questioned Nico. "Here.." said Maki as she gave Nico a heart-shaped chocolate box. Nico blushed as she took it. "T-Thank you Maki-chan.." said Nico. "You're welcome" said Maki as she gave a kiss to Nico's forehead. "Happy Valentines Day Nico-chan.." said Maki. "Happy Valentines Day too Maki-chan" said Nico as they smiled each other and started their date.
