(Meanwhile at Marvel's Universe, it's a quiet place in the woods, but the Avengers and X-Men are seen bruised badly as Captain America crashes into a tree and glares at his new opponent.)

C. America: Why are you doing this? What did we even do to you?

????: You have gone too far with your wars, and even had crossovers with Phineas and Ferb. I'll show you who's the real hero.

C. America: (glares) You will never be a hero.

????: And you never were one, World War II soldier.

C. America: Pilgrim, we can save...

Pilgrim (????): I don't care, you just continue your senseless wars, always neglecting innocent people, considering them weak, powerless and defenseless. I'll give people true freedom!

C. America: (glares) Fine, I'll just have to stop you!

Pilgrim (????): (chuckles) Now that's more like it. RaiOh! I'll give you everything. (charges at Captain America) I'll get closer in one go.

(Captain America throws his shield at RaiOh, who dodges it and approaches him.)

RaiOh: High Spin Kick!

(RaiOh kicks Captain America, who crashes into some trees, and then he groans in pain as the mecha approaches him.)

RaiOh: Let's see who gets the real pain, just like you failed your country.

(RaiOh launches a shot of plasma energy at Captain America, and the avenger crashes into another tree.)

RaiOh: You even forced Spider-Man to let people down from the Green Goblin. You made him let innocent people die so you could help Jameson to blame it on him. As Kamen Rider Eternal said: Now, enjoy your hell!

(Suddenly he gets blasted from behind, and then he turns to see Vision as the gem in his forehead glows.)

Vision: Stand down, or else...

RaiOh: (glares) I forgot to mention something. You're just the reincarnation of Ultron, who tried to make Wanda the main villain. I'm very disappointed for your sorry ass.

Vision: (glares) You're about to get on my nerves, I said... (angry) STAND DOWN, NOW!

RaiOh: (smirks) You forgot to say... please! Well, it's extermination time! Roar, Plasmaviewt!

(The plasma leaders in the arms uses electricity to "lasso" Vision off of the ground and pull it toward RaiOh.)

RaiOh: This is iiiiiiit!

(The mech delivers a powerful kick at the android, who screams in agony as he explodes.)

RaiOh: Hmph, immature.

(Captain America is about to grab his shield, but RaiOh dashes at him and appears behind him.)

RaiOh: This will be the end for you!

(RaiOh delivers a series of kicks to Captain America to knock him high into the air.)

RaiOh: Lightning Fall. Strike through it!

(RaiOh then delivers a final kick, sending Captain America back down to the ground, resulting in his death.)

RaiOh: (scoffs) Tch, the government and the Avengers are no different than each other. They're on my list. From now on, I shall be the executioner. I am Pilgrim Kanou, descendant of Touma Kanou, pilot of RaiOh, Avengers' Rival, X-Men's Enemy, the Shinobi who kills villains, Marvel Universe True Killer, Ninja Assassin and Mecha Shinobi Nightmare. I will hunt and kill every member of the Avengers, who only protect villains from their deaths, they will never escape from me.

(He teleports to another world as some newspaper claiming that RaiOh is fighting for freedom and justice while the government places some posters saying Wanted: RaiOh.)

(At Nightfright's Universe, a portal opens as RaiOh comes out and sees monsters, robots, aliens and mutated beings roaming free.)

RaiOh: (sighs) No wonder monsters can't coexist with aliens, it brings nothing but chaos. I think I'm in Heisei Megaforce-Verse. The 17th Heisei Megaforce Leader's Home.

(He hears footsteps as he sees Nightfright alongside Maya, Samus, Shin Ultraman, Scowl, Spectre (Oliver Queen), Black Canary, Shining Samurai, Guyferd, Shinn Itsuka/Riser Shirogane, Kenji Midoriya/Kamen Rider Zolda, Rushbird and other heroes rushing towards the tower in Detroit.)

RaiOh: Hmm, if Nightfright is the same as Zyuohger, then that makes me the same as Zyuoh The World. Guess I'm a secondary leader. (smirks) Time to kick some ass.

(He flies to help Nightfright and his friends to stop MechaGodzilla and Zs'Skayr.)

(As the screen fades out, RaiOh slashes the glass to create his logo.)
