The Motorcycle Mechanic appears in several Wu's Teas episodes, but has been spotted in several episodes since Season 5.

Dareth is terrible is playing the clarinet! This might be a reference to Squirdward of Spongebob, who is also terrible at playing clarinet.

In "Remote Control Zane",  Jay is watching the TV show he appeared in season 4. Also, Zane watches the "Reading is the First Step to Every Adventure" commercial of season 6.

The birds in "Cool-Headed Kai" also appear in other episodes.

Sitar Legend (reference to Guitar Hero) can be seen in the first couple of scenes of "Lloyd's Late".

Lloyd's song in Music Night might be a reference to the song "All Star" from Shrek.
