The Invitation: In one shot when the Ninja were waiting for Chen's ferry to arrive, Kai spoke with Jay's voice. When the fortune cookie blows up in Cole's stomach, Cole yells in Jay's voice. When they are about to go to the ferry, The Ninjas Position from front to back are Kai, Lloyd, Jay/Cole, but when Master Garmadon came their position is suddenly Jay, Kai, Cole, Lloyd.

Only One Can Remain: When Jay shouted "Cole" after he got the Jadeblade, he said it on Lloyd's voice.

Versus: None.

Ninja Roll: When Chen claims Lloyd cheated, Paleman is wearing his fedora instead of the Orange Team helmet. When Jay says "Sorry, Tox. I think my allergies are kicking in!" and pushes Toxikita, she doesn't have her orange helmet. When Chen drops Chamille down a trapdoor, Tox, Shade, and Neuro lack their orange helmets.

Spy for a Spy: Paleman wasn't in Kai's room when everyone was checked for tattoos, yet was apparently implied to have been checked. He may have been invisible.

Spellbound: When Skylor freezes the pond, Kai breaks the ice by using Spinjitzu, but when Chen captures him using Nature and he looks back, the ice seems as if it wasn't disturbed. Also perplexing is how Kai states in the next season he is hydrophobic. If that were the case, he likely wouldn't have risked using his Spinjitzu on the frozen river. In the flashback narrated by Garmadon, all of the Serpentine tribes are seen working together as one, which creates a large plot hole in earlier seasons such as Rise of the Serpentine. If all of the Serpentine tribes worked together, Pythor would have never had to unite them in the first season. Mark Oliver is credited as voicing Mistaké, not Mackenzie Gray.

The Forgotten Element: Even though Captain Soto's peg leg was in Chen's trophy collection, Captain Soto was seen with his peg leg in "The Greatest Fear of All." He may have just gotten a replacement. After Chen absorbed the powers of the Elemental Masters, Paleman still remained invisible.
