Ghost Story: When Wu enters Zane's quarters, he is wearing his old clothes. At one point during Wu telling his story, Nya is wearing her shoulder pads, but lacks them in the rest of the scene. When Morro was presented with the Golden Weapons to see if he was the Green Ninja, the Sword of Fire is replaced with a golden katana. In Wu's flashback, when Morro is first training with him, he grunts and sounds like a child, but when he talks, he sounds like when he possessed the Night Watchman. The monks in Domu didn't notice that Lloyd looks different; his blond hair turned black, his skin has a green tint, and his aggressive behavior.

Stiix and Stones: As the Ninja are walking away from Ronin's shop, they all have shoulder pads despite not wearing them in the rest of the episode. The Airjitzu scroll wasn't visible in Ronin's vase until the Ninja left his shop. While Nya is training, the rock next to her constantly changes positions and shapes. The size of the rock she was on changes until it was replaced by a lily pad.

The Temple on Haunted Hill: At one point, the grandfather clock closes by itself then opens again. At one shot when the Ninja were chasing Morro while being tied together with the rope, Jay and Zane switched places. When the Samurai Mech transforms to the Ghost mech, Ghoultar disappears, but reappears in the next shot.

Peak-a-Boo: When Morro watches the Ninja ascend into the Blind Man's Eye, he is wearing the Allied Armor of Azure, despite it being destroyed in the previous episode. When Bansha and Soul Archer observe that Morro didn't make it, Bansha says Soul Archer's line and vice versa. For a split second in the avalanche scene, Cole is wearing Deepstone shoulderpads, despite never receiving any due to being turned into a ghost. In once scene where Cole is possessing Zane's mech, is hair is facing the wrong way. This may be because of the fact that he was actually inside the mech, so the screen would mirrorize him.
