Merry Christmas my Crazy Awesome Mini Ninjas!!🎅🎅🎅🎅

The guys (minus Zane) and Nya have been talking about a thing called 'Christmas' for about a week now. Nya has already explained to you what it is and you celebrated it every year with your mother. But your still not certain what it is.

You've invited your mother to come to the monastery for Christmas, she agreed but didn't tell you when she'd be there.

Nya calls you into the living room. You see her hanging up a plant- like thing on the roof. You look around and she's put them everywhere. The guys are all as far away from each other as possible

"Nya, what are you doing" you ask and keep your eyes fixed on one of the plants

"She's making the living room into a bomb field" Kai answers for her

"What do you mean" you ask innocently

"It's mistletoe, if you get caught under it with someone then you have to kiss that person" Nya explains excitedly. You soon understand why the guys aren't going anywhere near each other

You hold the ladder for Nya as she hangs up the last of the mistletoe

"Great, now we've gotta walk around like this all day" Kai says and stares at the ceiling

"C'mon, I wanna build a snow man!" Lloyd yells and runs out the door, the others follow and soon it's just you and Zane in the living room. He walks up to you, not looking at the ceiling as he does

"Would you like to make a snowman Y/N" Zane asks politely

"I would love to but..." you point to the ceiling. His eyes look to where your pointing and he looks to you

"Mistletoe" he says and you nod. He puts his hands on your waist gently and you wrap your arms around his neck and you kiss

"C'mon guys" Jay yells and pokes his head inside the living room

"{whistle} looks like we've had our first victims" Kai laughs and the others follow his lead

"{laugh} I wonder who the second victims will be" Lloyd says and they all look to Jay

"My votes on Jay and Nya" Cole laughs

"{growl} mines not" Kai growls

The others laugh and run out the door, Kai trailing behind.

"Let us go Zane!" You yell and pull him to the front door. You get your snowsuits on, turn your funny switches on and run out the door. Your Falcons fly around in the sky above you.

(If you don't have snow where you live just pretend that you do)

You help Zane and Cole roll the bottom of the snowman while Kai and Jay make the middle and Lloyd makes the head.

You get the bottom to a good size and Cole lifts the middle onto the bottom. Lloyd places the head on after.

Everybody runs around looking for things to make a face and arms. You find two sticks that will make perfect arms.

When everybody gets what they need you all start to put it on the snowman.

Lloyd went inside and found a carrot for the nose.

Kai found a top hat.

You found sticks for the arms.

Zane found a scarf.

Cole found some pebbles to use for buttons.

And Jay found some bigger rocks to use for the eyes and mouth.

You all stand back and admire your work. the snowman is huge!

"I think it looks great" Kai says

"It had better, that took us two hours to make" Cole says, looking at his watch

"Can we destroy it now?!?" Lloyd asks

"Yes! Please?!" Jay says

They both do their best puppy eyes

"I guess....." Kai says and looks around

"I think it would be fun" you say. Everybody looks to you

"Well a Nindroid thinks that it's a good idea, so let's do it!!" Jay yells

"Wait. Zane, what do you think" Cole asks Zane

Zane looks at you, you do puppy eyes too "{laugh} I agree with Y/N" Zane says

"Yay!" You, Jay and Lloyd yell

"One"

"Two"

"ATTACK!!!!"

Everybody charges at the snowman, it comes toppling down and you all throw snow at each other.

By the time you all come back inside its dark and really cold outside. You put your wet snowsuit by the fire to dry off. You and Zane turn off your funny switches, you have no sense of humour again.

Your starting to get worried, your mother isn't here yet. Everybody else's parents/parent is here.

You sit beside Zane on the couch, his arm around your shoulders. Kai and Cole are warning Garmadon, Misako, Lou and Dr. Julien about the mistletoe minefield.

You snuggle your head into Zane's shoulder and breathe in the scent of fresh backed cookies.

You hear a quiet knock on the door and shoot up to answer it. You see your mother at the door

"Mother!" You exclaim and hug her tightly

"Y/N, dear. I've missed you" your mother says and cups your face in one hand, the other holding her bags

"Let me take your bags" you say and take the bags from her. You take them to the bedroom that she will be staying in.

You walk back into the living room with your mother "everybody, this is my mother, M/N. Mother this is: Jay, Kai, Lloyd, Cole, Garmadon, Misako, Lou, and Dr. Julien; Zane's father" you say and point to them as you say they're names

"It's a pleasure to meet you M/N" Dr. Julien says and shakes your mothers hand

"You too Dr. Julien" she says

You look above them to the ceiling quickly, just to make sure that they're not standing under mistletoe. They are not

You sit back down with Zane and that's when the carols start

'It's the season to be jolly' Cole starts

'Fa la la la la la la la la' Lloyd sings

Soon everybody is singing. You sing Rouldoph the read nosed reindeer, Jingle bell rock, Jingle Bells, frosty the snowman and by the time your done it's time for bed.

Well somebody had the great idea of giving Lloyd a trumpet on Christmas Eve and now he's running around playing it. He sounds like a dying Turkey. And of course, Jay is beside him banging symbols together.

You and Zane woke up and didn't really care, but as for the others....... Lets just say I don't think Lloyd and Jay are going to make it to breakfast if they don't stop.

Soon everybody is at the Christmas Tree. Some mumbling curse words under they're breath, others just trying to wake up, and Jay and Lloyd are sitting by the tree impatiently.

"You may open your presents now" Sensei says and sips his tea. Surprisingly all of the guys except Zane dive for the tree and start ripping open they're gifts.

You and Zane sit on the couch, your Falcons perched on the back of the couch behind you.

You turn to Zane "merry Christmas Zane" you say and hand him his gift

"Merry Christmas, Y/N" Zane says and hands you your present

He opens his first. You know that he's got a thing for pink aprons so you got him a pink apron and had his name sowed into it. On the front in big bold letters it says Zane Julien.

He smiles and looks at you "I love it Y/N, thank you. I needed a new apron" he says and hugs you.

He watches intently as you open your present.

When you open the velvet box you see a silver heart necklace. On the front it says Y/N. You turn it over and read the small engraving on the back. It has a small Z and the first letter of your name.

"Zane, this is beautiful. I love it" You say and hug him tightly.

Your mother walks up to you and Zane's father walks up to him

Your mother hands you a box and you hand her one too.

For your mother you got her a silver necklace with a picture of you and her from when she first made you. You are in a ripped grey dress and she has tears of happiness in her eyes and is holding your hand.

When she opens it you see the tears in her eyes again "I remember this day, the day I made you. That was the best day of my life. Thank you Y/N" she says and hugs you tightly, wiping her tears away with the back of her hand.

You open her present and see what looks like a silver heart necklace but is to small for a human-or-Nindroid. Then it hits you: it's for your Falcon

"I heard that Zane had gotten you a Falcon. I thought you might need this" she says

"It's beautiful, I love it. Thank you mother" you say and put it on the falcon.

Everybody talks and exchanges gifts and laughs with each other. You love Christmas, Especially now that you get to spend it with Zane and his 'brothers'.
