/Manipulate (cat) into (whatever is you'd like)
When you have a high relationship with a cat, you can manipulate them into doing something for you. Can be used on mates, but will be looked down upon.

/Murder (target)
You can kill a cat. You have a higher chance of getting caught with the lower the skills you have in Battle and Hunting

/Kidnap (target)
Kidnap a cat for 1-3 moons.

/Attack (she-cat)
A tom has attacked a she-cat! They will be moved to the Nursery, and have a chance of gaining PTSD, leaving only a small chance of not being able to breed with their mate.

/Mangle (target)
Make a cat disfigured by ripping them up. Will make life a little harder for them.

/Attack (whatever clan besides Raylux) cat
Use to attack a cat from another clan, thus ruining the clan's plans for showing them they've changed.

/Become secret mates with (cat)
You can become secret mates with a cat that already has a mate, or isn't allowed to have a mate. Both mates much pm

/Breed with (secret mate)
Only works with she-cats. The Queen will expecting kits that will be shown as an accidental litter. When the kits are born, the mother can choose to tell the clan the father of the kits.

Punishments

Punishments will not need to be pm'ed

/exile (cat)
Votes that will get a cat exiled. But have 4 or 5 exiles before the cat is forced to leave

/kill (cat)
Sometimes the price to pay for your sins is blood...

/starve (cat)
You can make a cat not eat for a couple of moons until they are starved

/mangle (cat)
Make a cat disfigured

/half blind (cat)
Make a cat half blind

/silence (cat)
A quick attack to the throat, making the cat mute

/declaw (cat)
A warrior can't fight without his claws

/demote (cat)
Demotes a cat to a previous rank (ex. Warrior to Apprentice, Princess to Kit. Depends on how bad they were)

/take kits away
If the secret mates aren't supposed to have kits in any sort of way, the kits can be taken away and nursed by another queen
