Y/n pov

Y/n: Hey Kiba it's been awhile.

Kiba: Everyone thought you were dead where were you?!

Y/n: I can't tell you right now but come to my house and i'll explain it to you. For now though I need you to keep that you saw me secret please.

Kiba stood quietly for a minute before nodding. 

Kiba: Alright for you I will dude.

I smiled and thanked him before I made my way to class. After the day ended I made my way home with the others. I started to remember back to when I was a devil.

(Flashback starts)

I was doing some training for a while since it was the weekend I had nothing to do. All day all I did were push ups, sit ups, Pull ups, and a 50 mile run. I fell on the ground panting. I started to drink some water when I heard someone speak to me.

???:What are you doing?

I turned to see Koneko looking at me with her usual stoic look.

Y/n: Oh it's you I was just training thats all. Since It's the weekend I thought that I should spent the day doing it.

Koneko then just sat on the bench next to me with out saying a word. I then went back to doing push ups as she watched. As time passed she just continued to watch me train when I started to take a break She spoke again.

Koneko: Hey I wanted to know something?

Y/n: Yeah what's up?

Koneko: Why aren't you relaxing at home with Your family or with friends?

I got up and did some stretches as I answered her.

Y/n: Well thats because I don't have any of those.

Koneko: What do you mean?

Y/n: Well My parents died when I was young when my uncle took me in. For awhile he did his best to take care of me and did what he could to make me happy but when I was 10 he died of a heart attack and ever since then I have been on my own. When he died I started to be around people less and less and soon my friends forgot about me.

Koneko looked at me with surprise before going back to normal.

Koneko: I'm sorry for asking.

Y/n: Don't be it's not like it's your fault.They may be dead but I owe Rias my life and now I'll live to make sure I am as Useful to her as I can.I'll get as strong as I can to protect her and all of you too.

Koneko blushed slightly before mumbling.

Koneko: Then I'll do the same.

Y/n: Huh did you say something?

Koneko: No it was nothing forget about it.

(Flashback ends)

Y/n:(Mind) Why did I think about that now?

My thoughts were interrupted when Soifon called my name.

Y/n: Sorry I was stuck in thought what's up.

Soifon: How annoying well how  much farther is your house?

Y/n: Just a little bit farther right up here in fact.

When we walked in I sat on my bed and waited for Kiba to come here.

After some time passed I heard someone knocking on my door when I opened it I saw Kiba standing there but I felt that he wasn't alone. I looked outside then I spoke. 

Y/n: Who ever you are come on out I know your here.

After a second Two figures came out of  a bush. My eyes widened when I saw who they were they were Koneko and Akeno with tears dropping down there faces.

Akeno: Is it really you Y/n?

Y/n: Yeah it is.

Koneko walked up to me before punching me in the stomach. 

Y/n: I deserve that.

Koneko: Where have you been!?

Y/n: Just come inside and I'll explain it to you all.
