A Woman In Dartmouth Told The Police That She Was Woken Up At 3AM On October 12th 2007 By A Young Man Running Into Her Apartment Wearing Nothing But His Pants And His Sneakers. The Woman Was Confused Out Of Her Mind And Asked The Man What He Was Doing There. But The Man Was Just As Confused As The Woman And Told Her She Was Looking For His Friend, Mason Whom He Thought Lived In The Same Apartment. But The Woman Said No One By That Name Lived In There. The Man Then Apologized And Jumped Out Of The Woman's 2 Story Window And Ran Into The Woods. This Man Was Easily Confirmed To Be Charles Allen Jr. Because Not Only Did The Man Look Like Him, But He Also Struggled With Bipolar Disorder For His Whole Life, Which Often Made Family Life Difficult For Him. His Family Did Say That Charles Did Take His Medications On A Regular Basis, But They Said That Throughout The Months Leading Until His Disappearance, He Stopped Taking His Medications For Unknown Reasons Which Caused Them To Get Very Worried About Him...

During The Search Party, Police Found Maximus' Sneakers And His Backpack Filled With School Supplies In The Woods He Ran Into, But That Was All They Could Find Of The Missing Man... Shortly After Maximus' Disappearance, A Witness Told Police That He Saw A Man Who Seemed To Fit Charles's Description And Identification Talking To A Truck Driver Driving An Auto Carrier, Which Was Empty At The Time, Which Meant That It Finished Unloading All Of It's Cargo, But Because The Man Didn't Know About Charles's Disappearance At The Time, He Didn't Think Much Of It So He Continued On With What He Was Doing. Some People Believe That Charles Had Hitched A Ride With The Truck Driver.

Throughout The Months Leading Up To Maximus' Disappearance, He Talked Frequently To His Parents About Heading To Florida Or Texas, Somewhere Warm. He Also Showed A Huge Obsession With Tennis And Believed He Would Become A Professional Tennis Player One Day. One Month Before He Had Disappeared. In September Of 2007, The Month Before He Disappeared, He Legally Changed His Name To "Neo Babson Maximus" Because He Wanted To Have A Unique Name. He Chose His First Name To Be "Neo" Because It Was The Name Of The Main Character In The Movie "The Matrix" He Chose The Middle Name "Babson" Because It Was His Mother's Maiden Name, And He Chose The Last Name "Maximus" Because It Was The Main Character In The Movie "Gladiator" And It Was His Username In The Video Game "Half Life".

In January Of 2021, A Partial Human Skull Was Found On Dartmouth Beach. A Few People Speculated The Skull To Be The Skull Of Neo Maximus, But Almost 3 Years Later, No One Has Been Able To Confirm Who The Skull Belonged To. Ever Since He Disappeared, Charles's Family Has Always Prayed For Him And Hoped That He Decided To Start A New Life In The Southern United States And Is Having A Fun Life Of Tennis And Video Games And That He'll Hopefully Come Back To Them One Day And All Of This Exhaustion Will Be Put To An End. 15 Years Later, They Still Have Never Wanted To Consider The Alternatives And Still Hopes That Their Beloved Family Member Is Okay And Living A Good Life Out There And Will Return Home One Day.
