"The janitor's closet, seriously?" Hyunji whisper-yells as Jungkook is slowly shutting the door behind them once having a small peak outside to make sure the coast was clear.

"Where else are we supposed to hide?" he whispers back, and Hyunji scoffs.

"We could've just left the school, you know."

"Oh,"

Hyunji crosses her arms and rolls her eyes, leaning back against some shelf in the janitor's closet that she now found herself inside. Apparently her parents had shown up at their school, possibly to find her and take her home just like they had been threatening to do through their now blocked text messages. And she couldn't lie, the whole thing was stressing her out, ever since Jungkook had shown up to deliver the news in the middle of the hallway.

What if her parents found her?

What if the school got involved and they were expelled?

Just about anything could go wrong, and she wasn't looking forward to finding out about how bad the whole situation was about to get.

The closet's lights flicker on, interrupting her trail of thought momentarily as she catches Jungkook's hand still by the switch. They lock eyes for a moment, and he notices the distress written along her features.

"What's wrong?" he asks with concern, almost as if he didn't know what was wrong. Like it wasn't obvious enough already.

"My parents are what's wrong." she snaps as he steps towards her, and it takes one look at his face to remind herself that this wasn't his fault and that she shouldn't be taking her anxiety out on him. Feeling guilty, she sighs and shuts her eyes for a moment, attempting to soften her nerves.
"I'm scared, Jungkook." she mutters quietly.

"I know."

Her eyes flutter open, and she finds him standing in front of her, his features soft with care; something she still hadn't gotten used to.

"I just don't know what to do, so much can go wrong, and them showing up here was so unexpected but I should have seen it coming. God I feel so stupid-"

"Hey," Jungkook cuts her off, gazing into her eyes, "Neither of us saw it coming."

"But I should have."

"Hyunji," He puts emphasis on her name, hating that she was putting herself down over something they had no control over. "You couldn't have known, alright? And even if you had, what would that change?"

He watches her eyes flicker away as she falls silent, still hugging herself with distress.

"Hey," he mutters after several moments of silence between them, tilting her chin up to him to catch her chocolate coloured eyes. "None of this is your fault, and nor is it mine. We just happened to overlook some possibilities, but that doesn't mean we're not going to figure this shit out, alright?"

He could see the fear and anxiety reflecting in her eyes, almost like a lost little girl, and it tore him to see how much pressure she was putting on herself for the smallest of things. He found himself simply caring too much to let her burden herself in a cycle that didn't seem to end.

And maybe that's why he had found himself kissing her in the following few seconds, his lips delicately pressed against hers in a cautious manner to feel her reaction, and go from there.

Fortunately for him, although caught off guard at first, Hyunji lets him pull her into a kiss that momentarily had her forgetting about the problems at hand.

His hand comes to rest on her hip as he initiates a deeper kiss he hadn't planned initially, but at times he found that once they kissed, holding back felt nearly impossible. Those pouty lips of her were way too tempting, and he couldn't help but go as far as he could.

In the next following seconds Hyunji finds him pressing her against the shelf behind her, his tongue teasing hers as she lets out a quiet sigh in between as she holds onto his navy uniform jacket. And it's when her eyes flicker open once his lips trail into the space of her neck that she's reminded of where she is.

"Jungkook,"

He hums in response, unbuttoning the first button of her collar to expose more of her skin for him to kiss.

"This isn't right," She speaks almost in a sigh, proving that she was enjoying the moment and that it was simply her brain working on overdrive again.

He slightly pulls back to gaze at the new hickey he had made below the fabric of her collar, admiring the faint mark of the ones from the night before as well.

"It's more than right," he answers, standing straight again to catch her eyes and let his gaze fall down to her lips. "It's just you and me, in the janitors closet,"

He takes her hand and leads it to the growing tent in his pants.

"We're not having sex in here." she speaks firmly, only to watch him grin.

"I didn't say we were."

"My parents are literally in the school!"

"And? It's not like we'll be leaving any time soon anyway."

Hyunji sighs, retracting her hand and looks up at him.

And that's when he knew that he had made a mistake. Attempting to make her forget about the situation through seducing her shouldn't have been the route he took with the way that she was looking up at him with sad eyes, clearly still feeling conflicted.

"I'm sorry," he speaks softly, "I was hoping I could at least distract you. I didn't mean to make you feel pressured to do anything."

She gives him a small smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"Thank you for trying, but this just isn't the right time."

"I understand,"

They stand in silence for a moment before Jungkook is gently tugging her towards him into a hug that she accepts, her forehead resting against his shoulder as she flutters her eyes shut and breathes out.

"I'm telling you man, they're totally fucking."

Jimin rolls his eyes as he leans back in his chair with crossed arms.

"You're overreacting." he replies in response to Taehyung's comment, a topic that he noticed his friend had become very passionate about lately. "They can just be friends. Just 'cause they're talking now doesn't mean they're fucking."

"In Jungkook's case, yes it does." Taehyung fires while sitting next to his friend in the cafeteria. "Since when has he been friends with any girl?"

"Your argument is so invalid it's hurting my brain dude." Jimin sighs as he rubs his temple while attempting to defend Jungkook. "And even if they were fucking, in what world would he bring a girl home. You know how his parents are, and according to him, Hyunji's are even worse-"

Taehyung slightly jumps in his seat, his eyes widening with realisation.

"The thing is, they aren't fucking at home." he begins with a grin.

"Bro, what-?"

"They're totally fucking in the car! Damn! How did I not think of that before!"

Jimin stares at his best friend, utterly lost with how he came up with that assumption.

"Bro look, they both can't bring each other home," Taehyung begins to explain, his eyes twinkling, "so they probably came up with some shit excuse so that Jungkook can drive her, and then while everyone thinks they're just innocently going home together, they're actually just fucking in the car half the time."

Jimin groans this time.

"Dude, do you even hear yourself?" he asks while gazing at his friend, "Not only is he still a virgin, but the guy starts talking to one girl and suddenly you think they're fucking."

"He's definitely not a virgin anymore," Taehyung chimes as Jimin stares. "Alright then," he continues, crossing his arms, "Where are they both then? Jungkook abandoned me in the hall with not a single word about where he was going, and well Hyunji," he nudges his chin towards the other side of the cafeteria, "Sumni's sitting alone over there. Care to explain?"

Jimin rubs his forehead, slightly irritated.

"I swear to god you're gonna say they're fucking in the janitors closet or some shit."

"No, but that's still a possibility!"

The dots that Taehyung was attempting to put together still didn't make any sense to Jimin, no matter how sure he sounded. Just because his friend wasn't ignoring a family friend at school anymore didn't necessarily mean they were suddenly having an affair.

His lips part open, about to fire back about how Taehyung was once again just bullshitting himself, but he feels the vibration of a new message, pulling his phone out of his pocket instead of arguing back.

Jungkook: I'm leaving school early. Sorry guys.

Taehyung and him lock eyes for a moment after reading the message he had sent to their group chat, Taehyung's lips curving into a smirk.

"Oh, they are totally fucking."

Hey everyone! I'm sorry it's been a while since the last update. I'm currently participating in a study abroad program so the past few weeks has been me settling down and making a bunch of friends, so I haven't had the time to sit and write. I know this isn't the best chapter, but I hope its suffice!
