I've been playing this game by Zeptolab called King of Thieves since I was P5. Well, I stopped in mid-2017 cuz I kind of lost interest in the game. I started again a few months ago after EYA to try it out again and, well, the fun came back.

Since 5 February 2017, I've been stuck in the Onyx League. Okay, you obviously don't get what I mean. So far, I know that there are 10 leagues: Wooden, Stone, Bronze, Silver, Golden, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Onyx and Diamond. This morning, at 9 am GMT+8, I moved on to the Diamond League.

I started playing KOT in mid-2015 when the game got released using 2 accounts, one on my iPad and the other on my grandmother's iPad. Sadly, I was not considered an early bird because I didn't start playing before 15 March 2015. I started the game with the one on my grandmother's iPad with the name of Celesta where I created my own guild Clover Luck. With my account on my iPad, I joined that guild.

It eventually got difficult when I was level 31 at the Emerald League and I deleted the app on my iPad. Sorry, I hate it when it's hard. I downloaded it again after that and restarted the game. Anyway, my game was trash before I deleted. I screwed up the game.

You can only join a guild after winning the Wooden League. So I did that. I tried rejoining Clover Luck but it was a rather dead guild and it was FULL. My old deleted account was in that guild and the leader did not remove it because he was offline which really annoyed me.

I used my alternate account on my grandmother's iPad to tell him to kick my old account but to no avail. I (as in the app on my grandmother's iPad) had been demoted from the position of guild leader due to inactivity so I couldn't do much.

So with my new account on my iPad, I joined another guild called Evolved which was one of the top guilds in Singapore. It's a considerably active guild. To be honest, now it's rather semi-active. There are only a few active players. My guild leader is now semi-active but comes online to collect gems to earn delta for the guild and to keep his position as the guild leader. He kicks inactive player unless a valid reason is stated. Since my grandmother's iPad died, I couldn't play on my alt but my guild leader kept it there anyway since I have a backup file on my mother's computer.

Evolved is a wonderful guild, even better than Clover Luck. Back in Clover Luck, I was the best player and it was a dead guild. Now, in Evolved, I have 3 good players to rely on to help retrieve my gems when I lose a gem and fail to retrieve it. Well, being good doesn't mean perfect. You'll see in the later part of this chapter.

On 7 December 2016, I won the Wooden League in 1st place, with the prize of 50 orbs and 30k gold, and moved up to the Stone League.

On 16 December 2016, I won the Stone League in 3rd place, with the prize of 75 orbs and 40k gold, and moved up to the Bronze League.

On 22 December 2016, I won the Bronze League in 2nd place, with the prize of 100 orbs and 60k gold, and moved up to the Silver League.

On 25 December 2016, I won the Silver League in 2nd place, with the prize of 125 orbs and 80k gold, and moved up to the Golden League.

On 28 December 2016, I won the Golden League in 2nd place, with the prize of 150 orbs and 100k gold, and moved up to the Emerald League.

School started on 2 January 2017 and it was a new phase for me: secondary school.

On 12 January 2017, I won the Emerald League in 1st place, with the prize of 150 orbs and 100k gold, and moved up to the Ruby League.

On 27 January 2017, I won the Ruby League in 2nd place, with the prize of 150 orbs and 100k gold, and moved up to the Sapphire League.

On 5 February 2017, I won the Sapphire League in 1st place, with the prize of 150 orbs and 100k gold, and moved up to the Onyx League.

And I was stuck in the Onyx League for almost 2 years. To be exact, it's 1 year and 11 months.

Today, on 5 January 2019, I won the Onyx League in 1st place, with the prize of 150 orbs and 100k gold, and moved up to the Diamond League.

To be fair, I stopped playing KOT actively since 23 March 2017 and stopped playing entirely on 25 August 2017.

In October 2017, I started playing Fishdom, Gardenscapes and Homescapes. Well, I guess those games took my time away from King of Thieves.

In June 2018, I started playing the new version of Cookie Run. The one that is not by LINE. I always played LINE Cookie Run but I eventually stopped because I was busy. To be honest, I also stopped playing the new version of Cookie Run.

On 16 November 2018, I went into the KOT to check out and I was testing my dungeon. Well, more like the dungeon of the account on my grandmother's iPad which died. Thank God I have a backup file on my mother's computer.

I started playing UnnieDoll and OppaDoll on 14 December 2018 because why not. Well, I also stopped playing with it now that I have King of Thieves to keep me entertained.

NOW for the part where being good doesn't mean perfect.

I have some HUGE setbacks in KOT lately. On 26 December 2018, I lost a 52k red gem and the best 3 players of my guild couldn't retrieve it. On 4 January 2018, I lost a 36k purple gem and, again, the best 3 players of my guild couldn't retrieve it.

AND AS I AM TYPING THIS, my 56098 worth purple gem got stolen and I retrieved it after spending 5+10+20+40=75 orbs just because the spinner didn't favour me. It hasn't really favoured me ever since I started playing this game again :(

On 28 December 2018, I won my first challenge which was the Yellow gems theft challenge in 1002nd place by stealing 3 yellow gems and my reward was 50 orbs.

Orbs are really important in the game as they are needed to respin the spinner to get the arrow on the place you want it to be! It's also used for speeding up rituals and trap/skill upgrades.

So I am really happy that I finally got past Onyx League! I thank the Christmas event for giving me a 100k gem which boosted my gem rating greatly :))

I am now the Officer of Evolved, second-in-command to my guild leader, Xeroxi.
