Synopsis

A college athlete helps the daughter of the moon goddess exact her revenge and tries not to fall in love with her in the process.

Slade Nakoi Locklear grew up knowing everybody in the small town of Normrock, Oklahoma. He was the typical college athlete who loved sports, music, and being around the crowds of people that naturally flocked to him. He wouldn't say he was popular, but being the captain for a winning stickball team had its perks.

The first day of his Junior year kicked off with a buzz. He caught glimpses of a mysterious new student that everyone wanted to gain the attention of. Though she was beautiful, otherworldly so, there was something strange about her that he couldn't explain.

Once he learned of her true identity, he just knew he had to help her in any way that he could.

But falling in love with the goddess wasn't at all part of the plan.

Makaiyah Na Pakanli Haile, the daughter of the moon goddess, is in the dull small town of Normrock, Oklahoma for one purpose and one purpose only.

Revenge.

And catching the attention of star stickball player Slade Locklear wasn't supposed to get in the way of that. But trying not to fall for his sweet charm and intriguing nature while he helped her was enough to make her wonder if there was more to her world than the oath she gave to her mother.

And falling in love with the star athlete of Normrock wasn't at all part of the plan.
