                   Third person

With her head against the bus window, Ahaana stared at the trees, cars, and everything else whizzing past. and the early rays of the sun kissing everything in its realm. with a slow drizzle hitting against the window pane, it was very pictesque to see the serene environment..

"serene?" her inner voice scoffed.."since when did serene and the world go together Ana?

She smiled..

Everything seemed in place.. Everyone rushing about to get this done or to get that done.. Everything belonged blending with the serenity the world had to offer... except for her mind and life together thrown into chaos..

"earth to Ahaana.." a squeaky voice exclaimed, slumping into the seat next to her, bringing her back from the train of thoughts which if not interrupted would have made her tread on forbidden grounds..

"Mayera.." she replied coming out of her trance."are the kids ok?.. no one is injured right.. this is why I told you not to encourage dancing.. they are too small for such fun Mayera.You do know right we are accountable if anyone of them get hurt." Ahaana blabbered..

It was the day of the summer camp and they were entrusted with the responsibility of taking the kids to the camp three towns away..

"for heaven's sake women.. get a damn grip on your prediction and see for yourself.." Mayera burst into an amused smile..

Ahaana looked at the all smiley faces, clapping and screaming nursery rhymes.. a fat smile made way to her face..

"all set? happy? you were gonna eat me lady.." Mayera rolled her eyes.. Making her smile.

"why sitting here all silent.. why not get your sexy ass down there and do some moves.. you see "Johnny Johnny is a massive hit song, come nah.." Mayera screeched..

"language Mayu.. we are teachers remember..and no I am all good.. go on do your moves.." She snapped..

"one sexy teacher yeah.. so on now at least you can clap you creature.."

"Mayu.. shut up.." she blushed going all red..

"admit Im gorgeous.. and you love me.."

something about Mayera is at times she really is a pain in the ass and she never ceased to remind her of Nushrath once in a while..

Nushrath..Mish bhai.. HIM.. 5 long years since she actually had set her eyes on them.. her heart ached so badly of longing that now it actually blended as a part of her..

After the accident she woke up far from home in a unknown hospital with her parents beside her.. saying her whatever happened is a nightmare and she should forget everything and everyone and start afresh.. she always pressured them for answers so as to why they had moved but all she got was cold stares and change of topics.. they pleaded her not to try going back to her old life which she reluctantly obliged..

few months after the surgery she joined the teacher training academy and in a year was posted even further where she started gathering herself in.. yet once in a while the bitter truth did make their appearance in forms of ugly slaps of reality.. she would never be able to let go of him.. neither could she survive without the soul she called her soul sister.. a living corpse now she is devoid of any humanly feeling.. yet many a times her heart wailed to visit her once.. the sensible part of her always shut those thoughts down.. she would never have the guts of the strength to face him again neither did she want to..

"Ahaana.. what happened?" Mayera shook her bringing her back from the thoughts..Blinking back the tears threatening to fall.."just zoning out as usual.." she winked. Mayera smiled uneasily back at her in reply..

"ok guys.. all ready? we will be there in another 5 mins.." Ahaana stood up announcing to the kids..

"who is excited?"

"we.. we.." the kids screamed back in soo much anticipation and excitement..

"who are my buddies.."

"we.. we.. we.."

"who is one hot stuff of earth.. me.. me.." Mayera whispered sarcastically in her ears and both of them burst out laughing..

"Ahaana.." Mayera tapped her on the shoulder and screamed over the deafening noice.. " Hudha's name isn't on the list for the hurdles race and she is about to break her tear dam and what am I to do?

Ahaana giggled.. Hudha and her screaming.. the whole staff fears her cries.. that's her weapon against every odds..
"Wait.. lemme.. go check it and come yeah?"

"You better or you're gonna handle her.. got it?"

Coming back after registering.. a small hand reached out to her and pulled her down.. a cute girl with two pigtails bouncing and a radiant smile playing on her face..
She squatted on the ground now in level with her..
"Why honey.. are you lost?" She asked her..
"Noo miss.. Your sandle straps are open.. you could hurt yourself.." she exclaimed in a dramatic way.. hands extended and her orbs widened..

Ahaana looked down and saw her sandle straps wide open..
"Ooopsy.. she slapped her palms on her forehead.. yeahh know.. i could get hurt.." she replied in a childish tone..
"Thank you darling.." she ruffled her head to which she grinned goofily and started running..

Ahaana bent on her knees to fasten her straps when she heard a shrill cry echoing the whole camp.. and found a little girl on the ground, a few feet ahead of her..

She ran towards the little girl and found it was the same one she encountered a little while back..
Her knees were hurt badly and it was bleeding.. she carried her in her arms and the little girl hugged her tight around her neck and sobbed in her chest..
"Miss, blood is scary."

"Its okay honey.. you are a big girl everything is okay.." she comforted her..
Her teacher came forward to take her but the grip around her neck tightened and she started crying badly..

"I've got her.. just inform her parent to pick her up and send them to me.." Ahaana said..

"Mayera.. she called out and asked her to get the first aid kit..seating her on a chair she kneeled infront of her.. and started preparing to clean her wounds..

Once she saw the alcohol pad she started crying even more profusely..

Wiping the tears trailing down her cheek..
"Okay okay no alcohol pads.. whats your name honey.."

"Haala.. Haala maryam.." she replied in tears..
"Seriously? Ahaana feigned surprise.. "You know what my name is..?"

"Noo.. Haala replied curiously.  What is it.."

"Ahaana Maryam..  we are twinning.." she giggled hifi-ing her..
"Really.." she exclaimed covering her mouth in surprise..
"Yeah.." Ahaana giggled back
Egging her to talk more and more..
She asked Mayu to plaster her wound while she talked to her animatedly about Elsa.. Anna.. and what not..

The little chatter box has long forgotten her leg being injured amd continued talking animatedly..

Ahaana loved her chatters.. she reminded her of someone..that goofy smile.. and she could help but burst in love with the little girls antics..

"Haala.. your mumma is here.." Her teacher announced coming to them..
"Soo honey.. friends?" Ahaana extended her hand and the girl shook excitedly..
Ahaana kissed her forehead and carried her up standing..

And froze in her track once she saw a certain someone standing behind her..

"Chukki.." a shivering voice called out to her.. 
"Nush.." her voice came barely as a whisper and her eyes started glazing over.. mind hazy in happiness..

She was pulled into a bone crushing hug..sucking out all the air from her lungs, but today it didnt suffocate it, instead she felt at home..

"Nush.. I missed you.."

Tbh.. im not much satisfied with it.. cause the emotions and feelings i had to convey is soo strong.. that instead of typing i felt crying.. lol..
