"Hey y/n, wanna go to the mall?" He flashed his smile, holding his credit card. "Goldie here is fully stocked and ready to go!" I nodded, his smile slowly dropping. "What's up?" I just shook my head, "it's nothing." A blush covered my face as one also covered his. "I do care about you, I'm just worried about you." I hugged him tightly, he hugged back and then pulled away. His face turned away from me, "let's just get going." He sounded flustered.

After getting to the mall, we walked to some stores. There was one in particular Mammon told me I couldn't go in. "Here, wait here. I'm very popular in this place so you wouldn't like it." I stood outside the store waiting for him.

It was a good twenty minutes before I decided to walk in to see what was up. Mammon was by the cashier, he was leaning his arm on the counter, flirting with her. I was jealous, I had liked him for so long, that he actually wanted someone else. I felt stupid, I started to cry. Mammon looked in my direction, he stood up and started walking towards me. I turned the other direction and took off, going to the bathrooms in the back of the mall. "Y/n?" Mammon's voice echoed in the Hall, his footsteps getting closer to where I was. "I'm sorry, I don't know what I did wrong!" I washed my face off, going out into the hallway where he was waiting. "There you are, why did you take off like that?" I looked away, I was too embarrassed. "Y/n," He took his finger tips under my chin and made me look at him. He pulled his sunglasses up on top of his head. "Now tell me, what's going on?" I started to cry again, "I didn't know you had someone else!" He looked shocked, then he started to laugh. "Y/n, you're really funny!" He smirked, "what makes you think I'd want to be with a human?" I looked away with a groan, "I mean, THAT human?" His face turned red and he mumbled. "So, what are you saying?" He looked at me, "I wanted you to stay out of the shop because I got you something." He looked away and pushed some of his hair back. "I was just trying to get her to give me some discounts so I wouldn't spend so much on it, but now I might have screwed that up." He pulled a box out of his pocket, putting it in my hands. "I wanted to ask you to be my girlfriend, but now I've probably already messed that up." I opened it, it was a ring with words engraved into it. I love you. I smiled at him, "I'll gladly be your girlfriend!" He looked surprised, "really? I mean, yeah, I knew you'd say yes. No one can't resist the Great Mammon!" I smiled at him, cocking a brow as he stood proudly. I kissed his cheek, he quickly put his hand over his cheek and became embarrassed. "Hey, not in public!" I frowned and looked away, starting to walk away from him. He followed after, "I mean, not as long as I don't get the first kiss in first!" He pulled my face towards his and kissed me, I put my hands in his hair. "The Great Mammon always wins, looks like he scored again!"
