One year later, Tonight is Shad and Rhea's wedding reception. Rhea is glowing with happiness. Her cheeks brick red as the women around her teased her about last night, her wedding night. Shad is beaming with happiness. He is cheerfully greeting everyone. He is happy but he still felt a void in his heart. He wished his best friend, Eifad was here.

Shad and Rhea were made to stand on the stage. They greeted relatives collecting gifts and envelope carrying money from them.

A young woman clad in golden and black saree walked up on the stage. She has red lipstick and dark kohl in her eyes. Her hair tied in a mid-parted twisted bun and fresh ghajra around her bun. She smiled at them.

'Eifad.' Shad looked at her wide-eyed. Rhea looked at Shad and Eifad nervously. She feared if Eifad will create a scene here. Shad's parents are also worried looking at her. Eifad stopped in front of them.

'Congratulations, Shad!' she smiled and hugged Shad. He is taken aback. He hugged her, nonetheless. She broke the hug and hugged Rhea. She is surprised, she too hugged her.

'Take care of this pagal, Rhea.' Eifad said smiling widely. Shad looked confused.

Eifad smiled 'Aren't you happy to see your best friend?' she teased. Shad looked at her, then realization dawned upon him and he hugged her.

'I am so glad to have you back in my life, Eifu.' Shad said happily.

'Me too.' Eifad replied. They broke apart.

The photographer asked Eifad to stand in between Rhea and Shad. Eifad readily agreed. She placed her arms around both Shad and Rhea and smiled at the photo. Shad is more than happy to see the new Eifad.

Eifad on the other hand feels lighter after the treatment. Though posing for the camera and watching Shad with Rhea still hurts her.

As she climbed down the stage, she quickly wiped her tears. She turned around and saw Rhea and Shad happy, smiling and glowing. One year at the Rehab treated Eifad, her friendship with Farhan healed her but some things never changed. No matter how hard Eifad tried she could never remove Shad from her heart. Her heart had belonged to him before and it still belongs to him. She wiped her tears quickly and turned around.

'Are you alright?' Aisha asked concerned. Eifad nodded blinking back more tears that threatened to fall.

As part of the treatment, Aisha too was called for the sessions. Aisha felt ashamed and guilty realizing how irresponsible mother she had been. She cried and pleaded to Eifad for her irresponsibility. And for the first time, the mother-daughter bonded and their relationship mended.

'It is getting late, we must leave Ma.' Eifad said. Aisha nodded, smiling sadly.

'Are you sure you are okay, beta?' Aisha said

'I love Shad, but he doesn't. And there is nothing I can do. I will live with his memories, with his love...Ma, my love for Shad is special.' Eifad said smiling sadly. Aisha hugged her daughter.

'Hey, Eifu. Where are you going? Come here.' Shad called from up the stage. Eifad nodded and forced a smile. She took Aisha with her. And together, she stood for a family photograph, a happy family photograph.
