Personality
As a Scorpio, he has a complex personality which is notoriously hard to read. Caleb has an intense aura about him that intrigues others. He's clever and can't be fooled easily by others, though he is very suspicious of random acts of kindness. He's a big time skeptic of things without hard evidence. He's guarded around people he doesn't know well and tends to be mysterious and secretive. He has trust issues, tending to be highly suspicious of people for no apparent reason. He really needs to just cool down and remember not everyone's out to get them.

He's ambitious and competitive, letting very few things stop him once he's set his eyes on a goal. When crossed, he doesn't hesitate to exact his revenge, and quite painfully too. He doesn't suck up to people, only giving compliments when and where he means it. He can't stand fake flattery. If his trust is broken, he doesn't just let it slide. He finds it hard to find it in him to let the other person regain it, and if necessary he will cut ties altogether. It takes a lot of time and patience to get to know Reagan on a personal level, him being very reserved.

He experiences some of the most intense highs and most brutal lows emotionally, which isn't good considering his temper. He hates to be frustrated. He's very observant, catching things that others fail to notice and he tends to form deep connections with people. He sticks to his word, period.

He's instinctively protective of his loved ones, treasuring them above himself. He prefers to follow his own path, and for those who try and stop him, he also has the death stare perfected. He's resilient, picky, and sometimes just needs to get the hell away from people.

Why are they rebelling
He doesn't like the way his father works, and therefore wants his big sister back. He finds his father too hard and unresisting a man.

Favourite weapon
Knives, daggers, any blade he can throw. He has amazing precision.

Enhanced reflexes - it means that is he sees something coming, he can move extremely quickly to protect himself.

Likes
He loves children, probably one of the few things that make him laugh wholeheartedly. He also finds a fascination in colours, and the composition of various things. This is why he often has makeshift weapons on him. He likes paperclips, though not entirely sure why. He also believes in wearing the right things at the right time - impressions mean everything, and dress sense tells a lot.

Dislikes
H

e DISlikes his father. He doesn't like the idea of the doctors and scientist business at all, and feels like everyone should be treated equally. He doesn't like overly talkative people, and people who keep bugging him when its clear he wants to be left alone. He holds grudges. He hates stereotypes, and people who think he's bad just because he's a rebel or he looks slightly scary.

Strengths
He knows how to use what's around him to his benefit, a skill derived from his curiosity. He's quite street-smart, playing games on the fine line between cheating and being caught cheating. He's really very good at acting and disguise, a skill necessary for thise years in hiding.

Flaws
He's not overly strong, preferring to use lightweight, agile weapons to headstrong ones that he has no mastery over at all. If you gave him a bow and arrow, he would have no idea what to do with it. He's not intelligent, just smart, but years of watching and learning from his (admittedly, not a very good example) father have left him with a few tricks up his sleeve.

Backstory
Caleb's father (the king) used to be very hard on him, typically blaming him for the queen's death. He took his frustration at this out in the training room, on the sandbags and punchbags, and deigned to never be around when his father was in a bad mood. Usually, he'd take his sister along, but sometimes this wasn't possible. Eventually it got to the point where he couldn't take it and he ran away, changing everything that identified him.
Admittedly, this has also got him into some bad habits and given him a strong sense of rebelliousness.

Unique stuff
He has scars all over his arms from the endless practicing, and a light birthmark just behind his ear.
