Backstory: They lived with their family in Battery City for years until they ran away when they were sixteen. He ran away because he saw what was really going on, how Better Living was brainwashing people, and they've been a fugitive ever since. They met the Fabulous Four at a Mad Gear and Missile Kid concert when she was about 25, but didn't encounter with them again until nearly four years later, after the aftermath of a firefight with some SCARECROWS in which the Fab Four saved their ass. But it was too late, Toxic's group was already dead.
