backstory (tw):
Born in Malinalco, Mexico on August 30, 1984, Daniel's childhood was kind of rough. Although, that was mainly due to how strict his parents, rather, his father, was. He grew up in an extremely religious home, and out of all their kids, his father believed that Daniel had some sort of demons in him. This lead to maltreatment towards a young Daniel, however, it took years, up until Daniel was fifteen, for his mother to realize what was going on. That was because Daniel's father would take him to a secluded shed and then try to 'get the demons out of him'. When she realized this, she gathered the kids that hadn't moved out (essentially everyone except Antonio), and moved far away, to a small town in Texas. When he was eighteen, Daniel took the citizenship test and passed with flying colors, all the while continuing his education. When he was 24, he applied to become an SSA in the behavioral analysis unit of the FBI. And the rest is history.
