Quirk Analysis: Her wings are like solar panels, they absorb moonlight and sunlight in order for her to use them for attack moves. However, she can mostly just use moonlight right now because it's easier for her to control than sunlight.
Quirk drawback: No light source touching her wings no quirk, it can cause her exhaustion if she uses her powers too much, there's even a chance of her going unconscious. And if she tries to use her quirk with sunlight and loses control let's just say she may turn into a Katsuki.

Backstory: Phoebe grew up with her father and her little brother. Her mother passed away when her little brother was 2 years old. She never really wanted to become a hero but when she found out that she had a quirk there was a new path opened to her. She practiced flying with her wings and even practiced making them appear and disappear whenever she wants. Then one day she decided that she was gonna try to train hard and even try to get into UA. She got excepted and now she's training to become a hero but tries to have a normal life at the same time.
