{Quirk Description}
Tatsuo has a pair of wings not unlike a peregrine falcon. He has a high-speed wing size and shape, as well as boasting a 20 foot wingspan. He also has decent control over fire, hence his quirk name, Phoenix. His wings are dark grey, with hints of white at the edges of his primaries and secondaries and dark brown at his marginal coverts. His fire is a bright green color, formed by glands on his palms that secrete ethylene glycol dinitrate. Due to this, he often wears fingerless gloves, because without them, he has to be extremely careful to restrict his quirk. Peregrine falcons are the fastest animals in the world, and can reach 230 mph when diving. Tatsuo can reach 300 mph when in dive, and can reach 150 when coasting or flying straight.

{Quirk Drawbacks}
Tatsuo has to be extremely careful to restrict his fire when his gloves are off. His wings, when at their top speed, can shed, and due to the sensitivity of his feathers, he can feel them when he loses them. He becomes disoriented and woozy when he flies too much, and he has an intense urge to travel during the change of the seasons, as peregrine falcons do.  He's scared of his fire, though intensely protective to those around him.

To be able to be lifted by his wings, Tatsuo has hollow bones and an air sac connected to his lungs. He is extremely tall and thin due to it, standing at 6'1. He has a cartilage piercing in his right ear.

Tatsuo is very cold at first, seeming intimidating due to his dark glare. He's actually very nice, and talks a lot, as well as being intelligent about a person's body language and guessing their emotions. He is flirtatious and sassy, and able to confuse a person when talking or arguing with them. He's quick to smile and seems childish, despite him taking things seriously often. He hides his issues under a happy attitude.

Tatsuo grew up in Japan with his mother and younger sisters and they're all very happy and positive, with a good dynamic between all of them. They all trust each other and are very protective of one another.
