Miyuki stands at about 5'6, and she tends to have a more shy and withdrawn air to her at the very beginning. She doesn't worry herself about ghouls, instead opting to worry about work and school. 

After being turned into a ghoul, she starts working out more regularly, and muscles line her arms, legs, and core. She gains scars, tracing over her face, back and stomach.

Miyuki is studious and shy, opting to spend her time around books than to party or be with people, though she has a surprising amount of friends. She tends to doubt herself, with not a lot of self confidence. 

After going through the ordeal of being turned into a ghoul, immediately after, Miyuki goes through a series of manic and depressive phases, spending her time at clubs and hooking up or spending her time locked away in her apartment, wondering how long she can go without eating someone. She struggles to figure out who she is, and she detests the bloodlust she feels, yet when she hunts, she relishes in the feeling. She very quickly learned how to control her kagune, especially after meeting other ghouls. Due to being analytical of almost everyone she meets, she is very fast at learning their strengths and weaknesses, and keeps brief notes in her head or on paper. As she gains more and more power, she becomes more and more eager to kill, and she finds great pleasure in the game of cat and mouse, might it be with other ghouls or with humans, not completely understanding the implications.
