Appearance: slightly lopsided head, light brown skin tone, scar above his left eye, slightly muscular but overall lanky and could snap like a twig

Personality: Awkward, clueless mostly not dumb, he was studying to be a doctor to help people with diseases so he has a good heart (figuratively, literally he almost had several heart failures) anxious in front of or with a lot of people, more of a book person, reclusive, rational/realistic

Powers: Dalium- the fancy swirls and bobs around Xan's head is the physical manifestation of this magical disease.

In basic terms Dalium is the collection of knowledge from thousands of people/species over the course of centuries kept in the "magical flow"TM of the world. S o the world naturally has magic imbued in it, and it stores a ton of information but no one can access that info except seemingly random individuals who have their brain scrambled to be able to process the magic to interpret it.

Confusing? I understand, I am too.

Regardless Xan is one of those lucky/unlucky individuals that obtained this disease.
The reason it's so dangerous is that Dalium collects all info, two century old cooking recipes and two minute old gossip from the old ladies down the street. Classified secrets and backstabbing plans can also be classified as information, which Dalium users, such as Xan, can access and use.

Granted Xan barely knows how to use a microwave so it's safe to say he can't control an almighty magic library in his head yet. It gives him massive debilitating headaches and nightmares so he tries not to "activate" it often. But Xan opted to leave HOME in case anyone would assassinate him.

Backstory: to avoid being repetitive, I'll give some facts.
Xan was born in the Castle as the son to the President three(?) years after he was elected.
Xan is the oldest of all his sibling,  biological, adopted, and step siblings.
Xan was much more reclusive and opted to read books and study than go out and party.
He was studying to be a doctor, specifically a mix of an anesthesiologist, researcher, and a kind of emergency physician, able to work fast paced and under pressure. Without too much spoilers, his studies were interrupted and he never got a degree
Leaving HOME is probably the most independent decision he's made in his life

Fun Fact: Xan has a slight speech impediment that prevents him from speaking new languages easily. Dalium may let him have the knowledge of how to speak a lot of languages, but using it is a bit harder.
