Just like her mother Josie is sweet and kind. But unlike her mother, Josie is quite realistic and down to earth. She doesn't believe in fairytales, true loves kiss, and she's not a big dreamer. In fact she's not aspirational at all, she kind of doesn't really know where she's going with her life or where she wants to.
She's very gentle and loveable, but also mature for her age. She has no problem fitting in with the older kids, even though they see her as a little sister. She's kind of weathered but despite this, she has no problem trusting people and giving them the benefit of the doubt nearly every time. She's also pretty patient and it takes a lot to irritate her.

Josie grew up like any other kid, although she had always thought her mother's ideals were unrealistic and problematic. She was an only child, and maybe a bit spoiled, but despite this her mother taught her the importance of kindness first.
