|Personality|Penelope is far from innocent, in fact, she lives to stir up trouble. She loves to cause drama but even more than that she loves to be the center of it. She's always desperate for attention and she does whatever she can to get it, even if this means flirting with other people's significant others, getting into fights or pissing off the headmasters; there's nothing she won't do if she's bored. She's definitely a friendly person and is very extroverted and bold, she can make people feel special just by talking to them. She tends to drag her friends into trouble, and is always trying to justify reckless behaviour or make it seem not as bad as it really is. She plays tones of tricks and pranks on her classmates, but mostly on her teachers, and being in trouble is not a new feeling to her, but the thing that pisses off her teachers the most is that she doesn't care and she never learns. She's never done anything worthy of a suspension, or at least, she's never been caught anyway. She's very bold and hardly has a filter for anything she says or does. She has very little self-control when it comes to temptations, and she can be very reckless, but also incredibly brave. As crazy as she is, people have to admire her for her bravery and free spirit, she's able to cross lines and do things most people can't. If she wasn't at Hogwarts, her recklessness and disregard for fear would make her a dangerous and wild enemy. She's a free spirit, and she's very hard to control. The only people she'll ever really listen too are the people she cares about most, mainly S.O's and her family; she listens to them because she's afraid of losing them, and they're the only people she cares about aside from herself. She seems selfish and overconfident when in reality she's just desperately trying not to hate herself. It's very hard to change her mind, and she'll hardly reflect on herself or open her eyes unless something traumatizing happens, if that's the case she'll reevaluate herself and make some changes. No matter how much of a hard time she gives her teachers and classmates, she really enjoys being at the school, and there is no question in her mind which side she's fighting for, however, she can be very easily bought because of her little to no self-control. Deep down she just wants to have fun, have a laugh, and make lots of friends, but her inconsideration towards others pushes people away, so she likes to pretend that she doesn't care.
She's naturally a party girl at heart and is often doing things not adults would be appalled at. She's definitely a trouble maker, always giving sassy remarks and never listening. Like I mentioned above she'll only listen to S.O's or family, she might listen to someone she like if she has a big enough crush, maybe in an attempt to try to impress them? She's constantly living life on the edge and actively seeks out danger. In other words she's an adrenaline junkie with too much naiveness to be scared of pretty much anything. She's not new to getting mixed up in illegal stuff, but she is new to getting caught. She's an insanely good lier and only the people who know her best can tell when she's lying, but even they have trouble. She's gotten used to lying so much to get out of trouble, she does it on a daily, even when there's no reason to lie.

|Backstory|Penelope's father was a wizard, whereas her mother was a mudblood. They had a happy marriage and they lived humbly with two kids, a boy and a girl. All of them were happy together, there was just one problem; the mother had no idea her husband was a wizard. He had hidden it from her in fear she would reject and leave him, and that's exactly what she did. She brought her children with her, deciding to raise them on her own. But it wasn't long until she found out that they had both been born as wizards too. She brought them back to their father and left, wanting nothing to do with the freaks of nature. Penelope's father had hidden his secret from her mother for 17 years, but her mother had only found out when Penelope was 12. Since then Penelope blamed her father. She didn't want to ruin the beautiful memory of her mother by blaming her instead. She started acting out, doing reckless things, illegal things, scandalous things, anything she could to get her mothers attention from wherever she was. Maybe if her mother knew she wasn't doing okay, she'd come back to save her? Well, the day never came and Penelope's behaviour continued until it became her. With Penelope running around causing problems everywhere, her brother Constantine stepped in as caretaker of the house. With their father knee-deep in pity, self remorse and debt, somebody had to do it. Penelope developed an infatuation with being loved, with feeling loved, with having everyone's attention and being seen. She relied on it.

|Style|She's a tad more on the edgy side with her clothing choices, and takes every opportunity she can to wear as least clothing as socially acceptable, but even then some people are still appalled by her apparel, especially for 1976.

|Stamina|She pretty much a wild child, and I'd imagine she'd have to have lots of stamina to run around and cause all the problems she does??

|Amount Of Exercise|She doesn't exercise very often, but she does do it on the occasional morning she wakes up bored with nothing else to do.

|Pet|A white heterochromatic male cat named Doc ❤️ He's kind of a jerk and is constantly biting and scratching her, but his whole attitude is pretty much "I hate you!!!" *purrs* type of thing XD. Penelope keeps trying because she loves him like her own baby and treats him as such, he'll act like he doesn't like it but secretly the bean loves being babied.

- Her brother attends Hogwarts too, I was thinking of making him a character if Penelope doesn't get accepted.
- She's been known to break quite a few hearts, and can tend to get bored in relationships.
- The only types of people she'd really work with in a relationship is someone mysterious and hard to figure out, just as chaotic as she is, or someone grounded and down to earth that can teach her how to love. :)
- I'm totally down if you ever want her to switch to the bad side in the story! But I would like it if eventually she goes back.
