Character information

This is actually very good. There aren't actually any corrections I can give you here since you've put a lot of effort into it and he's well detailed and balanced so good job here.

Relationships

These relationships are realistic and well thought out and I think you've done a pretty good job here. Just be careful handling abusive situations since they're not always handled great.

Backstory

This is pretty realistic and works well in the universe. Just be careful with him saving a girl because it sounds kinda similar to Uraraka's and Midoriya's first interactions.
Apart form that I suggest adding more key events into his past and some introductions to the rest of his friends but that's it.

Other

These all work good but just add some drawbacks and weaknesses to his quirk. Since the flowers have toxins, I recommend discovering actual flowers with these properties to make him feel more realistic.

Stats

I recommend balancing out that 5 with a 1 but apart from that this is all good.

Final thoughts
You've put a lot of thought and detail into him and I like him a lot. He's realistic and works well in the universe, just work on adding more detail and balancing him out a bit more and he should be good to go.
