Basics and grounding

It's the same universe as before so I don't have any notes here.

Character information

I like the sound of this guy, a lot of detail has clearly been put into him and what he suffers from. His personality is believable, but you could afford to give him some more positive traits. Some of these hobbies are quite common, so maybe give him a wider range of hobbies.

Relationships

These are some bold relationships and issues, I like how you're not afraid to use serious material, but you do have to be cautious to present it in a way that isn't disrespectful, if that makes sense?

I also like the relationship between the friendships and they seem to flow pretty naturally.

Backstory

Like I said earlier, these are very dark topics that you have to be cautious with, I'm not saying brush over it or make it seem better than it is, just try to handle in a way that isn't disrespectful. Crimes against children are especially serious and must be covered properly. Considering what Skotos is though, I think this works in the plot with this character. Normally, I would say be careful having so many characters having a tragic past but I guess in the context of the universe you can get away with it.

Other

Whilst I appreciate irony in character writing, it has been shown in a few of your characters and try not to overdo it too much. The irony works with one or two characters and since this universe is quite dark, it also makes sense. Just remember that there can be too much of a good thing.

Final thoughts
The characters I see by you are normally done incredibly well and I'm certainly not a professional when it comes to this stuff but as far as I'm concerned, these are very good characters. I think that this universe is very well thought out and that very little actually needs to be improved here, so good job.
