Basics and grounding

I know why it says creepypasta is in quotation marks as I've read ahead and I'll be making my comments on that when it comes to it.

Character information

I like the personality of this one, she seems like a person that you should be genuinely scared of and would be bloodthirsty and ruthless. Creepypasta characters are meant to be like this, they're not meant to be nice and cutesy. The design could be a little scarier, but she blends in well which is scary in itself. As far as sexuality goes, in creepypastas, I normally recommend making them aromantic, which means they aren't romantically attracted to anyone.

Relationships

These relationships are good. No friends and no love interest is what you expect from murderous characters. Again, be careful with having a dead parent and guardian though.

Backstory

This is an interesting character and I guess that it could be plausible. All I can really recommend is making sure that it fits in with the real world since the more realistic the circumstances the scarier the character.

Now, as far as the whole not being an actual creepypasta thing goes, I'm going to explain my stance on it. You can have a creepypasta oc, and call it a creepypasta oc without it having to interact with Slenderman and all that. Creepypastas are internet horror stories, they don't have to interact with each other to be classed as cp characters. You can call this a creepypasta oc without having her interact with what people call 'canon' characters.

Other

Pretty decent, just don't go overboard on catchphrases because they can be cheesy.

Stats

These are good stats, if anything you could afford to give her a higher one.

Final thoughts
You've definitely improved with the creation of your characters, but a little editing here and there won't go amiss. Good job on this character, I look forward to seeing your future works.
