Like most universes like this, there has to be a reason why people with powers are discriminated against. Why is having powers seen as bad?

Also when developing a universe like this, make sure that you don't throw it all at the reader at once so that you don't lose them along the way.

Character information

This character actually sounds really cool, I like her so far. The only thing I can really say is potentially add more positive traits to her personality to have more of a balance since most of her traits can be taken as negative.

Relationships

Maybe explain these relationships more and show how they affect the as a person, other then that these are fine.

Backstory

Sounds like a pretty decent backstory, maybe add some more details and key events to add to her more.

Also make sure to do research k to abusive relationships and the aftermath of them to make sure it's as realistic as possible.

These make sense but be sure to explain them properly if you ever write a piece on it.
