Ella: WAKE UP!!!!

It was morning, and Ella was in charge of making sure everyone was awake. She banged some pots and pans together while she yelled.

Ezra swung open his room door. He took the kitchenware away from Ella.

Ella: Good morning, brother!

Ezra: Can't you think of another way to wake me up in the morning?

Ella: Nope! Besides, this method is so fun!!

Ezra: Whatever, let's just go eat

They headed to the dining room. The food was already prepared, their Mom usually cooks before she leaves for work.

Ella grabbed her bowl of extra sugary cereal and headed to the living room.

She turned on the TV to watch cartoons. While watching, she has this big innocent smile on her face, which makes her look like an angel.

Ezra on the other hand was watching from his phone. Every morning, Ella would hog the TV, so he uses his phone instead.

When they finished eating, Ezra washed the dishes before heading on with some work.

He wiped his hands dry and went to grab his tablet. This part of the day was the best time to do work, because Ella is watching the Powerpuff Girls and is too focused to distract him.

The show would end after an hour or two, and by then Ezra has already managed to finish up his duties.

Ezra: I'm gonna take a shower-

Ella: No! Me first!!!

Ella quickly grabbed her towel and ran to the bathroom. She slammed the door shut while Ezra took the opportunity to watch TV while she's busy taking a bath.

After half an hour, Ella finished with her bath. Ezra headed to the bathroom for his turn, only to be greeted with a room filled with soap bubbles.

Ezra: Not again. Ella! I thought I told you no more suds!

Ella: But it's more enjoyable with more soapy!!!

He rinsed off the bubbles. He filled the bathtub with clean water and sat in there with his pajamas still on. He's afraid of Ella barging through the door and spraying him with the garden hose, so bathing without clothes is not an option.

While he was rinsing off the shampoo from his hair, there was knocking heard from the front door.

Ezra: Ella! Could you answer the door?

His sister didn't respond.

Ezra: Ella!!

There was no response again. She couldn't hear him since she was busy playing in her room.

He was forced to get out of the bathtub and answer the door while wearing his soaking wet pajamas, still covered with shampoo bubbles.

At the doorstep was the mailman with a package. It was for Ella. Apparently Ella managed to figure out how to buy stuff online and had just bought a puppy plushy with her brother's money.

Ezra: I'm changing my credit card number

He took the package then left it on the table and went back to the bathroom.

A few minutes later, he completed bathing and was now in his room with fresh, dry clothes on.

While brushing his hair, Ella loudly knocked on his door.

Ella: Ezra!! I'm hungry!!! You're taking way too long, what are you even doing in there?!

Ezra: I'm trying to comb here, and you should fix your hair too, it's as messy as the spaghetti you eat on Fridays

Ella: Stop trying to make yourself look pretty and get out of there! I want lunch!

Ezra: Hold you horses, I'm almost done

He put on his hair clips and headed downstairs. He locked the door and put a child leash on Ella to prevent her from wandering off.

Ezra: Well, you spent my lunch money on a plushy, so you'll be paying this time

Ella: But I'm broke

Ezra: You should've thought that before deciding to mess around with my credit card

Ella: I know a place where we can eat for free

Ezra: And where's that? If you're thinking of going to Auntie's house, then no. They're gone for today

Ella: Hm...then let's go to Kichiro, I heard it's Tuna Tuesday at their place, we could join in for free

Ezra: You go ahead, I don't feel like eating fish

Ella: Suit yourself

She walked off. When she was out of sight line, Ezra took out an extra 10 dollars hidden in his phone case.

Ezra: Now to eat a decent meal without my sister throwing food at me
