Etsuo has a rather simple style when it comes to what he wears, as he never really seems to be too picky. He'll usually wear simple button ups with a watch and a pair of slacks while he's working, but any other time he tends to stick to muscle-t's and dark colored jeans, and sweatpants.

Etsuo is a bright and intelligent young male, who tends to be very thoughtful and kind in his gestures. He is the perfect person to talk to in any situation, as he usually tends to give good advice. The male can be a little dorky at times, but that's all part of his charm. Etsuo always looks out for the people that are important to him, and tries to be the best version of himself for the sake of others. He never wants to be a burden on someone else, and he simply wants to do his part and become a successful member of the Mafia. If there's one thing that's for sure, Etsuo knows how to keep most of his emotions in check, due to his ability to control pheromones and make himself calm. The male also is rather tough and hardy, able to take quite a bit of pain before things really effect him. Because of this, he proves to be more than just a skilled fighter, and knows how to work a wide variety of specialized weaponry. Etsuo is very loyal at the core, and will do anything he can to help those that he cares for. He has a deep sense of empathy for certain people, and he can prove to be a real sweetheart when given the chance.

Etsuo was born to Mitsuru and Arine Shinta, who were both originally from the Korean Mafia but decided to remain in Japan when Airi and Jurou took over. Etsuo is the only child to the two parents, and he was raised to be a respectful and strong young male. He is very close with both of his parents, and grew up happy and content as a young boy. He met Hana when they were children, and they instantly became good friends with one another.
These days, Etsuo is hopeful to grow his division and maybe rise through the ranks with enough hard work.

Etsuo maintains a close friendship with Hana Nakahara, but that is about as far as anything between them has ever gone. The male longs for her attention, but he's too afraid to bring anything up in fear or screwing things up between them.
