Jurou has a very simple apparel that consists of white button up shirts that have a three quarter sleeve, a black tie, and a jacket he rolls up at the sleeves with golder detailing on it to signify his position as the leader of his own division, as well as being an executive. He wears a black hat, along with black skinny jeans and black combat boots.

Jurou has a beauty mark under his left eye, but has no tattoos or piercings. The male has many scars across his toned chest, some more serious than others.

|Abilitiy|
Jurou's ability is known as Dragonfly In Amber. His ability allows him to reduce the age of a person as far back as he wishes, as well as stop the aging of a person, but he can only do this once on each opponent. The stopping of the aging process only lasts on people until his own death.
There is also a further detail into Jurou's ability, inherited by his mother, which is yet unknown to the Mafia, as he keeps it to himself.

|Detailed Personality|
Despite Jurou's seemingly underwhelming ability in terms of combat, Jurou never fails to be a figure deeply feared by the Mafia. Nobody ever seems to really know what's going on in his mind, not even someone as analytical as Dazai. His sharp intellect and quick mind has proved to be a worthy opponent. He thinks on a deeper and much more aggressive level than others, which makes his strategies for attacks always something to be taken into consideration. He's said to be so smart that he can manipulate anyone he desired, however, he has shown nothing but devotion and his love for the Mafia. Jurou works as an executive, and has made great strides for the Mafia, seen as one of it's most vital figures, yet is a person that seems to dislike the spotlight. Jurou seems to not be concerned for titles, as he is in reality very laid back, and likes to enjoy his eternal youth. He has an adventurous and ambitious nature to him, and is quite unlike anyone you've ever met before due to his unpredictability. However, he's sure to treat whoever he falls for like a princess and more.

|Likes/Dislikes|
Likes - Jurou loves all things nature, to get away from the chaos of the Mafia. He likes to spend time with friends, have a drink and a good smoke, but he never overdoes it. He also cares deeply for his companion dog, Kiba.
Dislikes - Jurou dislikes those under him that don't listen to his orders. He hates being left behind, and despises those that think he is any less than he really is.

|Back Story|
Jurou was a former executive to the Port Mafia, who soon after stopping his own aging, left the Mafia and went underground for years. He was soon found and brought back by Dazai, and has decided to stay ever since. It was only up until recently that he decided to take back his position in the Port Mafia, with his own division under him.
Not much is known about him, as he keeps his secrets.
Jurou was born to Nagito and Yumeno Saito. His father was abusive, and beat his mother almost daily. Soon the beatings moved onto Jurou himself when he got older. One night, when his father had taken the beating too far, Jurou's mother interjected. Nagito snapped and smashed Yumeno's head against the wall, and Yumeno went into shock and had a stroke soon after. Jurou continued to live with his father for a few years afterwards, and at the age of eleven, his ability activated. He reversed the age of his Nagito by accident to that of a young child, and Jurou ran away. He ended up in the slums before the Port Mafia picked him up, and he grew up. He was a bit of a recluse at first, but eventually grew into his position and excelled, getting his more vicious side from his father.

Jurou operates a huge section of the Port Mafia, and has hundreds of subordinates under him. He is a large reason as to why the Port Mafia has grown so suddenly in size, and is commended for his ability to recruit talented ability users.

Jurou also owns a German Shepherd named Kiba.
