Personality: angered easily, good at swimming, feels at home in the water as well as the air, not easy to get along with at first but she does become easier to get along with.
Weapons: uses spells and her nails like claws.
Backstory: kavara's father was an ocean tail elf (are also merfolk) while her mother was a water dragon. She was one of the few half breeds but half breeds were looked down upon and hunted to the point of being almost extinct. To hide, she snuck over to the human side from Xadia and away from the war, hiding inside a cave down below the waves where she was able to breath because of both her parents. On land, she has legs but in the water, she has a tail. In both forms, she has her dragon wings. But one day, while she was hiding out, she was discovered by fishermen and began being hunted again so she ran/flew all the way to the moon nexus for shelter where she met the moon illusionist.
Appearance:
On land: dark hair that appears almost blue with light blue streaks, aqua skin, sky blue eyes, navy wings and navy scales along her skin.
Under water- silver tail with navy scales on the tail and along her arms like her human form but unlike her human form, she has gills.
