She is the goddess of death. Mortals erect statues of her in their cemeteries and graveyards to honor her, beneath which they find peace and sanctuary from the grief of the passing of their loved ones. Draedona is the most merciful of all the gods.

It matters not whether one is virtuous, or led a life rife with vice; mother Draedona holds them in her cold embrace just the same.

After death, mortal souls pass through a gateway to her realm, where they must repent for their wrongdoings before ascending to the celestial realm, or the realm of the gods.
