I feel really sad and disappointed right now because I don't like myself because I am a failure because I didn't get any role in my school's musical although I went and practiced every day with my friends
And I ruin everything I touch
I  don't deserve anything

My teacher told us to do some crap like this when we feel negative emotions or whatever
