Today I started the day as usual.. meditade 20 minutes....

Because of yesterday problem My mind has crazy ....

I forgot to introduce my elder sister living   Indonisia she is fatimah...😘

She is a doctor , she is a social developer and she join  a lot of projects.....

She is very busy... but she always try to put a smile on my face 🙂

I think god is meeted me to her ... she is very kind and very helpful  sister 😘😘 ...

She is very busy but in my problems she always with me ... 💕 ... I'm in sad situation she put smile on my face.... her voice is very soft and I hear her voice my mind is cool ...

But I can't hear her voice in whole day .. because of that my mind is very restless 😓 .. I need to hear her voice....

I try my hard to contact her ... but I can't  ... I'm so sad...

Because of yesterday problems I thought yesterday girl cames my elder sister whatsapp connection  ?? 🤔🤔 .. I feel so scared ...😰

I think it lot .. blamed yesterday girl... I had a headache by thinking it ...😰😰

I think a lot of time who is control my elder sister's  account..... how I know it ??  is that  Yesterday girl ??

It's  my elder sister  in Indonisia ... my scared is over ....

Today evening me and my little sister play scrable... my little sister is win ... because my mind has crazy .... I  need meditade again... I think I should  meditade 1 hour...
