Today I started the day as usual ...

I got the first harvest of my coffe plants . I place them to dry in sunlight ... they are red colour , after drying they are light brown colour .

our school start soon .. primary schools was started .. government plan to start our schools also ..so I'm ready to go school as soon as possible ...

One life .. One goal .. One mission .. One dream ... One aim ..

Today we made sweets and kokis .. mmm .. kokis are so tasty than other foods .. that's why kokis is my favourite food ..

While I'm eat kokis , I went to living room and switch on the television .. at the beginning of the morning they were organized programmes to teach how to keep your hair healthy , how to keep your skin healthy .. but they never teach you  how to keep your memory healthy ..

okay , I will tell you tricks ..

For keep your skin and hair well you need to get foods rich with vitamin A . Like butter , carrot and yellow colour foods .

To keep your memory power well you need to get foods rich with vitamin B . Like cereals , green leaves ..

To keep your immune system , you need to get foods with vitamin C . Like lime , orange , papaw ..

To develop bones you need to get foods with vitamin D .. like wheat , dark green vegetables .

To involve in blood clotting process you need to get foods with vitamin K . foods like cabbage , spinach , tomato .

In the evening we planted some new vegetable plants ... by planting vegetables and fruits at home it have lot of advantages .. we can eat fresh fruits , we can get clean food also ..
