The cover : 8/10

The cover is good but a little more connection to the story can be shown. A sea storm or something depicting a scene from the book could be beautiful.

Theblurb:7/10

The blurb lacks the strength to grab attention. A little editing will make it alot eye catching.

The plot:9/10

The plot is creative and certainly new. If you love the sea , sailors , a little adventure and the constant adrenaline rush, this story is definitely for you.

The grammar:10/10

The author has paid alot of attention to the grammar . The reading is smooth and helps the scenes come out alive.

The writing style:10/10

The descriptions are so beautifully done that they actually create the scene in your mind. Smallest of details are taken into consideration, giving you an amazing story.

Imagination:9/10

A story with a plot like this requires alot of imagination and the author has left no stone unturned to give us a good reading.

Average score:9/10

This story deserves much more views and votes . After a long time, I have read a book that actually seems so fit to be a novel.
Definately worth giving a chance .

Genre of the book: low-fantasy/adventure

Status: ongoing

What inspired the idea of the book: I work at sea, and love all of superstition, mythology and traditions surrounding seafaring. Miven and her adventures are the result of me daydreaming on watch.

Update frequency: varies due to work, but I aim for 1-3 a week.

Acknowledging votes and comments: again varies as I don't always have great Internet, but when I canits daily

Draft: 1st draft, 1st book! Proper newbie.

Favourite authors: on wattpad, @gtotally blows me away. In the outside world, I'm a Pratchett and Adams fan, and I adoreGeorge R Martin too.
