OLIVIA

"Good morning, beautiful!" You called walking into the kitchen of your shared apartment. "Whatcha doin?"

"Making pancakes" she said, turning to you and planting a small kiss on your lips before turning back to the pancakes. You smiled and wrapped your arms around her waist and placed your head on her shoulder.

"I love you, babe" she smiled and grabbed a spatula and flipped the heart shaped pancake.

"I love you too, beautiful" you hummed in content. You were truly happy with her, you wanted to spend the rest of your life with her.

Nothing could ruin this moment. You thought. This moment that was just you and her, together. Until the doorbell rang.

CESAR

You were dancing with Cesar while making pancakes, it was the day after your wedding day and so far, that was the greatest day of your life.

"I love you so much" He whispered as he pulled you close to him. You smiled and rested your head on his chest as you swayed to the beat of the song.

"I love you, too" You smile up at him and start to lean in for a kiss when the fire alarm goes off.

"Shit! The pancakes!"

MONSE

You sang softly as you poured the pancake batter in the pan. You turned to put the bowl in the dishwasher. You screamed as you noticed Monse standing there and dropped the bowl on the floor.

Her hands flew up to her mouth as she gasped.

"You scared me!" You said putting a hand on your chest.

"Are you okay?" She asked between her giggles "I didn't mean to scare you, here let me help you"

"Thanks, baby, I love you" you smiled and leaned down to start cleaning up.

"I love you, too"

RUBY

"And you flip the pancake just like- no! No, no, no! Not like that!" You put your head in your hands.

"Sorry! Sorry!"

"Ruby, I love you, I really do, but the pancake is on my ceiling now" just as you said that the pancake fell and landed on his head.

"Now it's on your head." You shook your head and leaned forward and pressed a small kiss to his lips.

OSCAR

"Okay, now stir it. Yes, like that!" You smiled and leaned your head on his shoulder. "These pancakes are gonna be great"

"Thanks, babe" he glanced at you before starting to pour the batter on the pan.

Once the pancakes were finished the two of you sat down to eat them. You cut a piece off and put it in your mouth.

"I.. I uh think you mixed up the sugar and salt" you managed to get out after drinking most of your orange juice.

"Yeah.. yeah.." he said spitting out the bite he took.

"Let's get Ihop"
