"Maki-chan?''

A voice that she just heared a while ago,calling her now,as if there's no tomorrow.The crimson haired was blushing and can't create a word to say.She is shocked about her being called in the evening by the raven haired.

"Maki-chan,this is me,Yazawa Nico Nii...-sama~'' The raven haired joked with a playful voice.

There's a dead air between the two,until finally,Maki spoked in a mean manner.''Wha...W-What the hell?!'' With a more suprise tone,she yelled,making the person in the other line almost throw her phone in the air.

"That's not how you respond in the phone,right!?''

This made Maki winced.Calming down herself,the crimson haired now spoke in a more cooler voice.''What do you w-want?'' But stuttered anyway.She lifted herself up and sit on her bed so that she can catch and build the words she needed.

Nico was arguing with the red head in the phone,but Maki doesn't seem to give a care,and letting the raven haired talk her heart out.Giving all the attention to herself,Maki noticed the raven haired stopped as she change the topic.

"A-Anyway,I was just checking if this is the right number but I guess there's no need because I already heared your voice.'' The red head blush,hearing the raven haired talk as if she can say all she wanted.''I-Is that it?'' Not satisfied,the crimson haired girl asked yearning for more and this made the raven haired noticed the disappointment in the other girl's voice.

"Well,if you want to hear more of Nico Nii's voice,that can't be help,I'm going to stay in the line.''

The red head felt blood rushing up in her cheeks,as she defend her pride.''No way.'' With a fake sounding like a bored voice,Maki said.But what planted on her face was a happy expression,still blushing.

"What?Are you saying that my voice is bad in the ears!?''

"I didn't said that,but that might be the reason.''

Sounding more annoyed,the two bicker again non stop until one of them change the topic to a more serious business.The crimson haired was the one who started.''So,are you going to tell something to me or what?'' After she asked that,the line in the other became quiet for a while until Nico spoke.

"You want to know about why I was upset before,right?'' In a serious tone,the raven haired explain everything.

"Well,you don't need to push yourself,if you----'' Maki was cutted off by the raven haired continuing where she left.

"It's not like I really got angry at Nozomi because of her non stop teasing,It's just that I'm not really feeling well?'' She ended her sentence with a questioning tone.That the crimson haired didn't believed.

"I-I mean...You have all you wanted,and with just the blink of an eye,you're already popular.I-It's not like I'm jealous,you got that!?''

"I don't know what you mean.'' The red head was confused and also pissed because Nico got the wrong impression of her.

Giving up on the pride she have,the raven haired talk boldly with excitement.

"I want to become an Idol,not just an Idol but the Number One Idol in the universe!'' The raven haired talked excitedly as the red head noticed.

The red head thought this was just a childlish dream but as the raven haired spoke with confidence that she will become,Maki smiled.

"I'm not sure but I think you're just holding your laugh there.You thought it was childlish right?And that,my dream won't come true.'' The raven haired said in a annoyed yet sad tone.

The red head flinched taking it by surprise,she clear her throat ''Yes,that was childlish----'' As she was just about to say another thing,she was immediately cut off by Nico whose now in mixed feelings.

"I knew it! That's why I don't really want to tell you this things..!!!'' But the truth is,the raven haired didn't expect Maki to say this things,because as the raven haired noticed a trait in the crimson haired that she's sometimes considerate in other ways.

"Let me finish what I want to say first.Don't suddenly decide on what I think..!!!'' Maki yelled surprising Nico in the line as she also talked back.''I-I get it!!!''

The crimson haired sighed.''Yes,it was childlish but for me, there's no dreams that won't come true if you take actions.I respect what you want to be,so don't just run your mouth without hearing it directly from me.'' Maki spoke honestly.As a sniffling sound can be heared in to the other line.

"Maki-chan~'' Like a proud mother,Nico whose touched by what the red head had said.

The crimson haired blushed as she noticed that she said something honestly to the raven haired.

The two kept quiet for a while as they calm theirself until the raven haired broke the silence,asking Maki whose in thought.

"What about you,Maki-chan?'' Nico asked in a gentle voice yet curious.Maki whose also thinking the same thing furrowed her brow.''W-What about me?'' Trying to dodge the question,she think of some other topics to change it.

"I mean,I'm sure you have also a dream,like what you want to be when you grow up.''

Maki kept quiet,not trying to respond on the raven haired's question and controlling herself not to get angry.

"Hey,Maki-chan~''
"You have too,right~?''
"Hey~''

Teasing Maki became the hobby of the raven haired but teasing has it's limit too.

"It's none of your business,is it?!!'' The crimson haired's anger gauge exploded and yelled it at the raven haired in the phone.Nico became quiet as she was shocked at the sudden burst of anger,that the first time the red head became angry that she shout over the phone.

The raven kept quiet as she think for a next reply she should say,not getting the awkward silence or bursting the anger of the other but to calm the red head.

Minutes passed as the silence continue until the other broke it.

"I-I'm sorry.'' The crimson haired started apologizing at the raven haired whose dead silence.

Finally,a reply pop in Nico's head.''N-No,I'm the one whose sorry....I-I'm sorry.'' A reply that didn't really help.The raven haired face palmed herself in the line as the red head heared.

Awkward silence again between the two even if they are in the phone.The raven haired is embarassed,she was ready to burry herself deep in the ground when she said another awkward sentence.

She was just about to say something nicer when the red head spoke.''W-Well,I think I can tell something to you since you did told me yours,t-that would be fair,right?''

The raven haired can't say a thing as she process the word that came to her,she tried to nod but realized that she was on the phone.''Y-Yeah.'' Still nervous,yet ready for what will happen.Thinking it was a very serious business involving the red head about her dreams,she is ready for what will happen next.

"I...I will be a doctor in the future.'' Maki explained as the raven haired decided to keep quiet and let the crimson haired finish.

"I will be a doctor and that's for sure no matter what.''

"W-Well,isn't that nice?You're going to be a doctor that help people.'' The raven haired replied as she run her mouth.Silence surround them again.

As the silence continue,the raven haired tried to process and understand what Maki said.Nico successfully noticed the words and message,the red head wanted to send.It was the word 'will',means that herself or someone wants her to be a doctor.

"Do you understand?''

Nico nodded but again realized that she was on the phone and answered with a yes.''But,what about you?What do you want to be?'' The raven haired finally asked,the words that takes risk.She gulped.

"I want to be a Composer,I love playing the Piano,I love Music...!!!'' Maki excitedly said yet there is a sadness in her voice.

"Maki-chan...'' The raven haired let out a sighed that even Maki can't heared.

"But,I will not become any except for being a doctor.From when I was just an infant,my parents decided that I will be a doctor like them."

"And from then on,I think I was destined to play the Piano,I compete with others as I learned new things about it.I turned to love Music.''

The crimson haired sighed.''Until I reached high school,this past few days I just realized a lot of things.Being a high schooler is kind of scary sometimes.'' A hint of sadness in her voice as she explained genuinely to Nico on the phone.

"Few days later,Papa was talking to me about how I should take my studies seriously for my future.And in order for me to achieve that,I need to take all of my free time reading and studying.And so,I did that.''

"Woah...'' The raven haired tried to lighting up the mood but failed.

"As I was studying,I realized,I can't play the Piano anymore,it was like I can't move my hands when I sit and tried to play it.'' Maki sniffled,the raven haired heared it.

"Y-You're completely wrong when you said I can have anything I wanted...Yes,I can have the things that I wanted,financially.But I can't have the things that my heart tell me I needed,l-like my freedom to choose.''

"Maki-chan...'' Nico can only call her name for now.While she wait for the other to finish.

"Y-You are the first person to hear me say this,I haven't told my parents anything about what I wanted to be in the future.'' The crimson haired tried to cover her nose and mouth so that the raven haired won't heared it anymore.Maki explained everything,her problems and worries to the raven haired as she was listening carefully and this made the crimson haired feel relieved,like the whole world has been lifted from her shoulders.

"Maki-chan,Don't worry about that for now,you can't sleep if you're like that.Let's deal with this tomorrow,I promise.Everything will be okay.'' Nico noticed the crimson haired almost on the verge of crying.

"Thank you,Nico-chan.'' Maki clear her mind and fall back on her bed holding her cellphone on her ear as she waited for the raven haired.

"Number One Idol Nico Nii is here so no need to worry about things for now.'' The raven haired tried to entertain Maki,and it was a success because she tried to respond in a annoyed yet happy voice.''Number One Idol,huh.''

"Here,follow after me,Nico Nico Nii~''

"No way,that's gross.''

"W-What?!''
"Hey,take back those words!''

"Don't want to.''

"Heh~I think you're just embarassed that's why you can't do it.''

"I don't understand you.'' With a quieter voice,the red head replied.

"Anyway,I want you to listen to this.Since you love music,try to figure out what song it is.'' Nico said almost a whisper as she hum in the phone for the red head to hear.

When it's already time and the raven haired already stopped her humming,she heared the crimson haired's breathe.''Maki-chan?'' She whispered not disturbing the crimson haired.

No reply.As she heared Maki's breathing on the phone,she thought the red head was already sleeping.

''Well,I think I'll tell you when the day comes.'' Nico whispered.And decided to sleep too holding the phone on her ear.

"Good Night and Sweet Dreams,Maki-chan.''
