The chambers contained people who were being infused with metroid DNA but the were failing dieing off after a few days but intl the largest chamber contained their pride and joy and experiment the exceed their expectations this creature was called Metroid Prime the second.

But it true self was that of a young boy named Hiro Shizuki who was one of the many people the kidnapped to experiment on.

Most of the other either died because their body could handle the experimentation or became metroids them self.

Even still they're still dangerous especially the ones that became Omega Metroids.

And Hiro seems to be able to command the Metroids to follow his orders which is why the scientist especially want Hiro kept and secret. The boy being a powerless ex student of Union Academy gave the opportunity to make a killing not only is Hiro is Hiro a new metroid but is a phazon infused on phazon the boy has phazon in his very blood which would have corrupted or killed others but his body adapted to it the corporation behind this is the Mother Incorporated a group of scientist that have been studying the Metroids since the Mother Brain incident they used all the data obtained there to make Metroids but the truth about Mother Inc was they were really space pirates unknown to everyone they were creating bio weapons to destroy their long time nemsis Samus Aran. They stumble on Hiro after he was expelled from Union Academy looking into his background they found out that both his parents are dead no relatives, powerless it gave them the perfect test subject. They were astounded by Hiro's growth he muscle mass increased, he gained a healing factor and the ability to communicate with other Metroids.
The experimentation was gruesome and horrible days on end with painful experiments do to him and others.

The screaming of all the people were enough to scar a person for life because of Hiro's regeneration he regenerated limbs and even organs this continued for months without end until his transformation into another Metroid Prime. Union got wind of the kidnapping but ignored them since it was powerless people but the soon regretted it when countless powerless people arrived at Union demanding to know why their family members were not being found because of their refusal of helping it was starting to effect their image so they started a investigation the trail was cold very cold the Atlas Ace Ops found and when they showed the head masters they went completely pale over a thousand people kinddnapped and experimented on in horrible manners to turn them into living weapons and one name that made them regret everything more that everything was "Hiro Shizuki" and next to his name was a name for the project he would become "Project Prime 2" they watched the videos of the experimentation to Hiro and others.

Mio Naruse she started to flare out her arua while tears were running down her face, Stella started to emit an intense heat melting everything around her, Claire has grip her hands so hard they were bleeding she was apart of the student council how could she let this happen did she really fall this low. How long has it been since me and the others were put in here the constantly experiment on us me especially.

Turns out the scientist weren't human after all the wanted us as an unstoppable army with me leading them apparently metroid are extremely durable and very dangerous me being infused with phazon made it even better for them I can communicate with others but I need to get out of here with the others. Started to black out before I heard explosion. Something was attacking them right before everything went dark I saw this creature looking at me.
