Eyes met.

Black met grey.

I averted my eyes.His eyes were a certain shade of grey in which I couldn't help but get lost in.

His aura so addictive that it forced me to look towards him once again.I found him staring at me.He knew he was caught yet,he didn't avert his eyes.I wondered,why?

His laugh,oh that melodious voice,that voice,that did something to my heart.I knew new sensations were taking shelter in my heart.
I tried.
I promise I tried to stop them from resulting into a fruit but I wasn't successful.
It was a gone case even before I tried.

He sat at the seats adjacent to the entrance laughing and joking with his friends.I heard my mom scolding me for halting my steps at the middle and being engrossed in my thoughts.

Ohhh little did she know what was going on in my head.

Fearing my mom coming to know about my staring session with that oh so unknown stranger I came inside the wedding hall.

I saw my cousin dressed as a groom ready for the pre wedding day rituals.

"Last time I checked you weren't coming as your exams were going on"
He joked.

A shade of pink graced my cheeks because I remembered I did say that.

"It's your wedding how can you expect Me not to come?"I said laughing.Through my peripheral I tried sneaking a glance of him to see if he was staring.I glanced back and found him engrossed in a conversation with another bunch of teenagers.
I was disappointed.
I thought he was staring.
But,he wasn't.

Hours felt like seconds.Us sneaking glances at each other.

I faked my laugh without listening to what my annoying cousin said just to catch his attention.
And I did.
He stared at me as I laughed at everything my cousin said.

I took my cousin's hand and dragged her towards the entrance for him to notice me but he was way too busy listening to what the girl beside him had got to say.
